Swiss-Belhotel Pondok Indah

We are party of 4 stayed in 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms suite. We enjoyed the suite very much. 2 bathrooms is really great. It also has big living room for us to enjoy our hangout together. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and gym which we used it in the morning. We love the location closed to PIM where we hangout before and after our stay together. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

TV channel is missing our favourite tennis channel. We also disappointed that we cant open the balcony door to enjoy fresh air. Bathroom can be elevated with some body lotion. Kitchenette sink can use also dishwashing soap and kitchen towels.

Nice setup runs well. Room service and laundry service excellent.

Road traffic noise very loud, needed ear plugs to sleep at night - they need secondary glazing to block out the crazy level of traffic noise. Destroyed the experoence for me.

We were staying for 18 nights and extremely happy with the services. To name a few, receptionist who welcomed us, Riki Hidayat and also Rani. They are very helpful. The bell boy Rokhim as well. The foods in restaurant are very nice. Elpanchus gave a very good service.

The AC didn’t work well on 605. After further complaints we were transferred to 505 till end of our stay.

Nice hotel currently undergoing renovations but nearly completed. Staff were very friendly especially Vandi who helped us change rooms promptly as there were painters on our balcony. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms have balconies but you cannot access as the doors are permanently locked for guest safety??? Would be nice to allow fresh air in and be able to enjoy the view of the pool.

Spacious room. Good breakfast with various choice and nice view to the swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pillow and blanket are very comfortable.

The room is not very clean with mold on the wall (although it's not much). Windows cannot be openned so we cannot enjoy any fresh air .

Breakfast is excellent, espescially for menus, menus are great, eastern western are available on there, great one One notice for staff at swimming pool, they are very kindly, helpful, responsive and friendly ,keep it up!

The Hotel needs bigger lobby, sometimes we need to meet another people at lobby, and not only 1 or 2, but maybe 3-4 persons

Food was the best! Room was spacious, bathroom was ok but enough, bed was good. staffs were friendly and helpful, location is great. I mean, I am very satisfied for everything I got from staying at this hotel

The breakfast was nice, but i had to pay extra for it. It should be included in the Hotel accommodation price, and not treated as an additional item.

drainage in the bathroom was terrible the gym was poorly maintained - the treadmills were not working properly; the equipment wasn't cleaned regularly.

Leaking from the wall, I assumed that's was from the shower next door 🚿 and there's no toilet rolls refills spares prepared. Overall thanks again for the assistance and warmth welcome
