The location is strategic and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, the water heater also worked perfectly. The TV can be connected to YouTube and Netflix, so it's a bonus. Overall, such a nice place to stay over the weekend or for a short getaway.

I think the bathroom amenities can be better. So far it's alright, but it can be upgraded. The breakfast was also alright but I hope there were more options to choose. Despite all of those things, everything else are superb.

The receptionist was kindly enough to offer me room upgrade. My assigned room was adequate for my stay. The shower has good pressure and the hot water was fine. It has all the standard amenities I expected from a hotel.

The hotel elevator was shared with the apartment residence, which gets crowded at times. My room is at 27 floor and I can still hear noises from outside. The window was not completely sound proof.

we were looking forward to rest by the pool after our long flight but unfortunately there aren’t any chairs or a lounge area, so it’s not very inviting so spend time there.

All staff good. Quick response if i request anything. The food for breakfast also good. Got ATM, convenient store and laundry around.

I don’t like one smell at the cafe to lift. I thing the smell is from sanitizer or air purifier. But it’s ok, we wear mask and not smell much.

Nothing good about this hotel

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we found out that our hotel reservation was forcibly cancelled. And left in the hotel lobby for two hours. This is a hotel that ruined my precious time and travel mood. I hope you will not choose this hotel.

Superb location, superb comforts, superb staff services.

The parking. Ugh. If you're traveling with your own vehicle, I don't recommend staying here. The parking area (the basement) is too narrow, with a confusing direction.

Spacious room, clean, good view, good food, affordable price, next to minimarket so easy to buy needs, close to traditional food stall 👍👍

I really like the hospitality. The location was also strategic for people who wants to go to Jiexpo Kemayoran. You just need less than 10 minutes to go to JIEXPO.
