very thin glass on the windows and does not protect from street noise. and here it is very noisy at night because the night food market.

Very good hotel in a location with plenty of options around for dining and near the main sights of Jakarta. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel on two occasions, during our stay in Indonesia. On the first, the room was a standard room with the common facilities. However, on the second occasion we were given, without any extra charge, a superior room, more spacious and better furnished, e.g. with a fridge. Generally, we have been very satisfied from this hotel.

Breakfast had not many choices for western travellers.

Good location with plenty of good food nearby, close to malls and sightseeing locations. Great room amenities including a nescafe coffee machine and a digital clock with usb charging outlet. The french styling is also a great touch.

The seating area for breakfast is rather small and it can be easy to get cramped or have to wait a little for seat. Something to also think about is the hotel is located on a one way street with a busy access intersection, it can either be annoying or a good excuse to walk and sample some of the food on the way.

The breakfast was quite good with good enough varieties. The location is quite convenient and in the evening, the street outside was lined with food carts that provided a good selection of street food. I was given a nice, clean and large room with a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. They respond to my request for an iron and ironing board, and extra hangers very quickly.

Will be nice to have more space in the toilet to hold my toiletries pouch and a full size mirror. There was no place for me to place my toiletries and there was also no full size mirror for to\\

I'll try to cover it all : 1st the staff (Ocha,Rio, and the rest of them) are helpful, pleasant, professional, and accommodating, a well deserved thanks to them. 2nd the hotel is 3 years old as of Nov 22 so it's clean and well looked after. 3rd which is most important the hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta eateries with street food all around you, and if that's not your thing you can walk to sarinah and you'll find chained restaurants such as pizza hut & subway and such. All in all i enjoyed my stay so much so i booked my next one whilst I'm at the hotel.

The breakfast was limited because of Covid so we didn't get the buffet we paid for, which is understandable, so I guess that's okay. They made up for it with some extra slices of bread, so we appreciated the effort. The bed and the blackout curtains were GREAT. Location was also very good as it was walking distance to the everywhere we had to go to, but also a quick car ride to the malls and restaurants. The promo rate was fairly decent so not many complaints there. If they have this rate regularly then I'd say great value for money --- at that rate (500k+/night 1 Ashley Room with King bed)

The breakfast bento choices were not great. The entrance was blocked by parked cars so you had to squeeze through them every time you get in and out of the hotel

The street turns at night into a beautiful street food road with very good and cheap dishes. It is a very beautiful hotel from the in- and outside. The view was amazing. Especially because it was my last stop, it really showed me Jakarta with their modern high buildings, view on the Monas, but also some parts of buildings that weren't that luxurious. All of that with a few roads of pedestrians and traffic made the view a nice art piece.

The place for breakfast was a bit small and so where the options. Some pillows had some weird stains on them and the window had a bit of bird poop. So the cleaning on that would be appreciated.

The location is perfect. It is at the heart of Jakarta, and close to restaurants, malls, public transportation and tourism places. Breakfast is OK, but the place is a bit too small and can be crowded when the guests are full.

The staff is limited, so sometimes it takes longer to respond to our request (in our case are asking for plates and cutlery).

Clean stylish hotel with excellent staff service. Our flight was delayed such that we arrived at 4am in the morning and they were still available for check in. They helped organise an airport shuttle which was fuss-free even after our 6hr+ flight delay. The bedroom was very clean, with basic hotel amenities provided (toiletries, soaps, tea/coffee/kettle etc). There was also a clean gym with limited equipment available. The complementary breakfast had a good range of local dishes, cereal, fruit, toast. The front desk were helpful with our inquiries regarding SIM cards, train stations etc.

This is a nicely furnished hotel with a good breakfast in the dead downtown of the city close to all the major tourist locations like the Museum and the monument.

The gym is a little sparse and could use a proper power rack for Olympic lifts. Additionally, the heaviest dumbbell they have is 15kg which is the lightest dumbbell I use for my workouts. However, this is a small gripe. The hotel room overall is great and the location can’t be beat!
