Lido Lake Resort by MNC Hotel

The location is great, not crowded as puncak and near from exit toll. The lido suite is spacious.

Wifi is not stable and the pool is not warm water

I like the facility: the pool, the kids club, the room that directly connect to the pool, the small gym, the buggy car, the suspension bridge and I appreciate that they facilitate complimentary cake for my sister birthday and provided a birthday room decor for the surprise!

They could improve more to strengthen the health protocol during breakfast. The towels also need replacement since it has looked filthy. The water is smelly when you first used it. And practically you are in the middle of nowhere when staying in this hotel but it can be compensated with internal activity in the hotel such as the outbound arena which not yet in operation.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a lot of space. We got a room with pool access, and it was completely worth the upgrade. The pool was clean, big and accommodates people of various swimming skills.There are a lot of things to do in the resort: playground, pool, two hanging bridges, outdoor obstacle course, paintball, archery. They also had a bicycle and golf cart for rent which was worth it as the whole property was very wide and nice to explore. The location was also easy to find, just 5 minutes from the toll road.

All was good, though maybe the bathroom can be upgraded

All staffs including security are polite & friendly. Best value for money. Hotel building is well maintained, environment is fresh, great location (easy to reach from toll road).

Towell seems too old. Parking area is small compare with hotel capacity.

The staffs are very nice and accommodating. I left some of my things there and they send them back to me without charging me the delivery cost. Really nice service ❤️❤️❤️

It's a bit hot there, I thought it would be cool. The room is rather old. The breakfast is standard.
