Sensa Hotel Bandung

I rarely give the qualification 10, because perfect doesn’t exist. And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that aren’t perfect, but that’s nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly”, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities. I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.

Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good). The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out. The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous. We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic. The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants. Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

Delicious breakfast. Hot water in the shower, air-conditioning in the room, relatively quiet room. Large and comfy bed. Refrigerator, table for working. The hotel's location is good - lots of restaurants and shopping, groceries store next to it.

AC is a bit too loud on the lowest speed setting so that it can be heard during the night. A lizard in the bathroom. Some noise from other rooms can still pass through.

Room WiFi is not strong enough Noisy neighbours, they let their kids scream in the room and move furniture through the night. I did mention the next morning about the noise to the concierge and he assured me that they will try to control the noise from the specific room. Unfortunately, the noise was still happy the following night and even worse than the night before.

Excellent hotel. The swimming pool was lovely and it was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and close to shopping mall. The breakfast was a big buffet of good food. Modern hotel in heart of Bandung. Made for a very pleasant holiday.

Room was not so clean, shower was old. I would have liked more sweet options for the breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant as it's too expensive. Poor accoustic insulation with outdoor so we had to sleep with earplugs.

Everything. Staff were amazing, facility first rate, location great. Breakfast buffet was the best of our 6 week trip. This is simply a fantastic hotel. Stunning modern mall literally next door if you need anything.

The WiFi was actually a bit average and really the only fault I can find. But everything else was so great it still scores a perfect 10.

Great property. Great location. And the best was their staff, amazing people are working there! 10 out of 10 for the hotel employees! Rohmat and Lutfi were the best and most welcoming staff and we enjoyed their hospitality to the fullest.

The location was good. The housekeeping staff's response was fast. Its breakfast menu was so delicious.

Some food had run out and not immediately replenished. I think the F&B Manager should supervise this issue. The pool was small and the location was not great as it was too close to the restaurant.

Breakfast is really excellent. Great and convenience location. Staff upgrade my room with complement.
