Exceptional great staff. Birender was very kind and even arranged for a hair dryer when I got drenched in rain . also a timely cab to airport the location is great 9 min to Ghats and around 12 min to Kashi Vishwanath temple. the food was great . They recently opened their own restaurant would surely book it next time

Recently got an opportunity to stay at this property for one night, however the stay was certainly one of the most memorable one. The welcome itself was pretty grand & you can sense the warmth of the people just by stepping inside. The best thing was in evry think were new and glossy. Would certainly look forward to visit again. :)

User friendly Value for money as cost is Rs 500 per day. Very near to temple and ghats.

As part of the contrasts of Varanasi, next to one of the most crowded and lively streets in the heart of the city there is a quiet and peaceful place where you can find rest after an intense day out. At the reception you will find very friendly personell, they will provide you with all the information and support you may need, they know themselves in the city and will give you the best tips for your visit. The dorm is very spacious, beds are very well organized and so comfortable. I had one of my best sleeps there. Lockers are also big enough to fit your luggage or backpack. Filtered water is available. I totally recommend Namaste Benares for your stay!

We have an extremely pleasing experience in staying in the hotel Namaste Benares. I would highly recommend it to my fellow travellers. It has its fantastic location and marvellous service. Very near to the Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. All civic amenities are nearby. The services that the hotel management provides are spectacular in one word. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and the bathrooms were sophisticated. Cleanliness and discipline is strictly maintained. The front-desk of the hotel was always ready to help us whenever we asked for. It is one of the most budget friendly hotels in the city, with one of the best dormitories, too, for the youth and solo travellers.

This was one of our outstanding experiences not just in Benares but many a place that I travelled in recent decades. The accommodation, the location, the cleanliness, the services, the front-desk cooperation, the discipline, and the affordability of price - altogether the hotel "Namaste Benares" was fabulous! I was quite helpless on reaching the holy city with my wife and 70 years old mother-in-law, suffering from pain and difficulty in walk owing to acute osteoporosis. But in each single inch the hotel management helped us to arrange our travelling the city, arranging wheelchairs and booking our Tatkal return tickets. Without their help Darshan could never be possible. There services were such cozy and selfless that we felt quite at home. I didn't find any of the hotel staff to be unprofessional. They strictly maintained professional discipline and helped with smiling face like close relatives.

I cannot remember even a single negative point to mention that may go against the hotel. There was a constant power cut due to the ongoing workers' strike in the city. But the hotel provided us incessant power supply with their generator.

Neat and clean Location was good Price cheapest

Very central, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Thick mattress and nice pillows, which is often hard to come by in India. Above all, the staff were amazing. I passed out during our stay at Namaste Benares, and my partner had to get them to call an ambulance. Sonu and his brother, Abhay came to the hospital with my partner and I, and they stayed until 3am to make sure we were both OK! They helped with translation and called our hospital room to check in on us after they had left. Very friendly and attentive, can't thank them enough for their help.

Nothing negative to say.

The hotel located at Godowlia, walking distance to Dashashwamedh Ghat, although located at small street but very good location. If you go by taxi from the airport, let the driver call the hotel, there will be a staff pick you at the main road. All the staffs are really friendly. The room was clean and nice. Hot water at bathroom working well. There is a safety box in the room. I also ordered some food from the hotel's restaurant, it was okay :) I like it If I go to Varanasi again, I would definitely stay here again ;)
