Radisson Hotel Shimla

Great location, with available parking. Facilities were lovely with a good selection at breakfast. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even returned my money bag which I left in the restaurant - Thank you!Mountain view from the bedroom was especially beautiful.

Our bathroom had a smell from the drains. One of the lifts had a carpet which really had a terrible odour. I found myself holding my breath every time I used it!

Breakfast spread was really massive and the quality and taste was good. There was live counter for eggs, Dosa, Pancakes. Amazing indeed.

The Hotel should provide outdor seating for evening tea and snacks. The outdoor area next to the restaurant needs to be decorated and developed in a much nicer way. Make it more llively.

The Breakfast spread was very good and we had a large choice. It was very well done.

There is nothing in particular that I wish to highlight. Its was a very enjoyable stay and the Hotel staff took good care of us. We would however request the Hotel to make some provision to customise the menu for small kids as they don't have an appetite for spicy / regular adult food. The hotel did help us out in the best possible manner.

location and view was simply amazing. staffs were professional and friendly.

Honestly speaking the rooms were not upto the Radisson standards. it was very basic so to say and not all a 5 star hotel experience. room carpets were old, bath room was small and the fittings were old and worn out.

Near to Ridge and there was complementary car service too available.Breakfast was good with many options from healthy to spicy.

Room alloted was approachable by using staircases.They should allot rooms as per age and condition of the visitors.Despite our request,they didn't allot such a room.

Location, Service.

Great location, less than 2 miles away from mall road, and church, hotel offers free shutle there . The staff was extremely helpful and professional, we totally enjoyed our stay. The room floor is sleepry. Please fix it . Thank you

Staff is very cooperative especially front office staff and more specifically Mr. Manuj at the feont office of Radisson Jass is a very helpful person and goes out of the way to help you. Breakfast and dinner was also served well and tasted very nice alao.

There was nothing to be criticized. I wish i could have stayed there for few more days.

The breakfast was okay, the service was excellent, cleanliness was also good, and the room was big and comfy.

We booked from booking.com, and it said the price for the child is included in the payment, but when we reached the hotel, we had to pay extra for the child.

The friendliness and helpfulness of staff members was excellent. The cleanliness and high standards of the hotel surpassed my expectations and the food was the best we've had in our entire stay in India.

There was nothing we did not like. Everything was excellent.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Radisson jass shimla. All the staff be it the receptionists, cheff or the house keeping person (sahil sidhu) really tool care of all our needs.
