Though I was not taking cleaning services everyday but whenever they were supposed to clean they didn't change the bedsheets for my whole stay. I stayed there for 1 week ,this really disappointed me . 2nd ... Wi fi was horrible 😔😔 3.. engineering please have a look .. power supply was terrific the first time I have ever this experience without power in hotel.. seriously wasn't expected.. I was sick and couldn't walk .. I had to use the stairs case .. no lifts were working due to Power cut Off

Primarily a business hotel, but fine for a family trip as well. Buffet breakfast and overall food quality at the restaurants were very good. Excellent service with polite and smiling staff. We had checked in early and were initially allotted a small, corner room which we didn't like. On our request, Mr. Mangal at the front desk very promptly arranged a room upgrade free of charge and shifted us to a suite for the rest of our stay. Will also mention Ms. Sangita and Ms. Shilu at the front desk + Ms. Pushpa and Ms. Ishita at the Flavours restaurant.....they were all very courteous and cooperative. Overall, we were very satisfied. Definitely recommended.

While all the basics are in place, the property could be better decorated. Lobby, reception desk, the passages etc look a bit bare; management should consider upgrading the interior decoration.

The Best was the courteous staff… special word of praise for Head chef Mr Manoj and Mr Sonu and all the hotel staff … so gentle cooperative so humble and so attentive and helpful. Have had a wonderful stay .. the location the view the breakfast and banquet all exceeded the expectations… very happy… location for s at the hub of the city so well connected.. sure to comeback again.

Only that the hotel Reception and banquet needs good amount of room freshening elements … to enhance the ambience.

I had a very warm , cooperative welcome from one of the staff member Kamran ismail . It was a pleasant experience and delight ful welcoming by him.

Very good food. Excellent staff. And the hotel is at a very premium location from where everything is easily accessible.

They should give toiletries without having to request. Also, drinking water should be freely available rather than having a quota..

Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and well lit.

Exposure of staff to Booking.com policies and international guests could be improved.

The additional charges on mini bar in the room were unexpected. Would have been better if I was notified of the charges before hand.

hotel is located well place near the lake.. view was good. there is no other good option in Ranchi.

the waiting time they have taken at the time of check in. i waited for 3 hours at reception that was worse experience.

Courteous Staff, good facilities, nice food, proximity to market, View, Quick service, Breakfast buffet.

Charging point weren't proper, voice in the alley we're reaching inside room, Spa wasn't functional.
