AR Suites Fontana Bay

I have stayed at AR Suites Fontana Bay 4 times in the last 1 year, and this is where I stay whenever I visit Pune. The hotel is excellent value for money. The suites are spacious with a bedroom and separate living room. Well equipped with all amenities and a comfortable desk for working. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. A special mention for Harish in the dining room who is extremely attentive to all the guests' needs. Also to Yohan Sallagali and Suraj, the housekeeping staff who kept my room meticulously clean. The hotel is also a stones throw from several great eating places and pubs. All in all, an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a place in Kalyani Nagar.

Excellent location. We had stayed in Pune previously so we walked around to all nearby good places like Kalyani veg, Irani cafe, Wadeshwar etc and KP is 5 min away. Staff was very helpful and food quality was good too. Breakfast spread was decent and service is prompt.

Nothing as such.

Nice relaxing stay. People at this property are humble and responsive. Harish from the Cafeteria was as always lively and welcoming, taking good care of your food and breakfast. Food was very tasty as well.

A gang of 3 men and a woman stayed next to my room; they were loud, often smoking in lobby and not very cultured. Thankfully they weren’t seen around apart from one day.

Location , the room was v spacious

I was staying there for 7 days . 5 out of 7 days there was a problem with the tv . Either the connection would not work . AC was pouring water for one day. 2 days no hot water and I was not notified about it . Was constantly calling someone or the other to help me after I returned from work at 11 pm. The staff was kind enough to help .

The rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff is always available and kind. I had just some issues because of strong noises coming from the water machine right above my room, but the problems were solved with a room change.

Staff is really good (special mention for Mr. Thapa), location is perfect, room are excellent (a cozy balcony is a big hit), a nice breakfast buffet, excellent with cleanliness and hygiene, overall we had an amazing stay. Kitchenette in the room is just a big bonus!!

Elevator is not that efficient (its the only elevator, its very congested and very often wait time is more)

The hotel is well situated in the heart of Kalyani nagar and very close to rest of the places around. They have their own parking lot which was a bonus. Clean and well maintained property with super courteous staff.

I think more variety in the breakfast would be great but we loved the food overall.

The location was great. The staff was very obliging. At the desk as well as throughout the property. Harish and Ankit were great at the restaurant and room service. Breakfast, although limited was phenomenal - with fresh dosas, puris and omelettes etc when ever asked for.

Some areas were not cleaned properly but considering these are apartments that is understandable. Very obligingly they cleaned the rooms daily with fresh linen.

Good breakfast, nice clean accommodation, in room facilities and courteous staff. Excellent location with good eating places a walk away.

However the surroundings were full of construction work all day and so quite noisy. I know this is probably not within the property management's control. All the same, it meant I had a lot of noise, when I had specifically asked for quiet, so as far as I am concerned, the property did not meet this requirement, though I had specified it.
