Andaz Delhi Aerocity- Concept by Hyatt

The check-in process was smooth, and we were generously upgraded to a larger room as the front desk staff noticed our numerous bags. This gesture was a tremendous relief, especially since we had done last-minute shopping and needed to repack for our flight. Being avid fans of Indian hotel brands, my husband and I decided to experience Andaz for a night, seeking a relaxing stay before our journey to the United States. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower provided the perfect water temperature, alleviating the fatigue from our 3.5-hour travel from Vrindavan Town to Delhi. As spiritual travelers, we cherish every moment in India as part of our spiritual healing journey, and Andaz served as our final stop, offering a positive conclusion to our trip. We appreciated the well-packed breakfast of fruits and sandwiches, and the punctual and comfortable car ride to the airport at 5:00 am marked the perfect ending to our stay at Andaz.

Spacious rooms, both in terms of carpet area and ceiling. Refreshingly different design. Great location. Above all, most courteous staff all through right from check-in. A special word of appreciation for reception manager Mr. Dinesh (and reception desk staff member ShahNawaz).

Nothing at all in the end. The thermostat didn’t work one night and lost my sleep in the heat. Complained to the reception but the staff at the reception were most caring. They offered an additional room for the night so that bags did not have to be moved immediately. I was handed a surprise packed breakfast bag when I started on my day trip early in the morning. Room was upgraded the next day. What more could one ask for, considering that engineering failure can happen unexpectedly. The reception manager truly went out of his way.

Great rooms. You get what you pay for. The staff were warm and very friendly. Everyone was very accomodating and the location was great. The Large Suite was wonderful. The buffet is the next level.

The room was facing runway 10-28 but there was hardly any activity and the smog was terrible in Delhi this time of the year. Neither are anything to do with the property but just as an FYI who are looking forward to some aviation geekery from their rooms. Wish the property had more restaraunt choices and a hot tub right next to the pool for kids to warm up.

I arrived early in the afternoon and left very early the following morning. This was a very comfortable layover in between two long flights. The Andaz is spacious, modern, comfortable and well kept. A very nice-size room with inner yard view, with a large table to do some work at. A great gym and a nice outdoor pool (although too hot!). I had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The Gin bar is a small gem....:) A very good place for when you need a good quality airport hotel. Excellent shuttle service too.

very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful looking hotel. Right next to the runway on one side but incredibly thick glazing means its silent inside. Breakfast selction is amazing however...

Breakfast was a little chaotic. They have an amazing selction of food types but the area it's served within is a bit too small and there seems to be noone managing it. So hot orders are missed, they say they will bring to your table but then they get too busy or the items go to the wrong tables. Once we were given a breakfast table we went to get items but then found on return they had given the table to someone else. They need a bigger service area for such a large breakfast offering and better organisation. However we still loved it

Relaxing pool with spaces available despite not being many. The spa and gym areas was great, we had massages that were excellent, at short notice. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Ashish the concierge was really helpful.

We had booked dinner at the on-site Hong Kong club (confirmed) which turns out not to exist any more and had been replaced by a new venue which wasn’t really set up for dining but more drinking/ party so we found an alternative in the nearby restaurant/ shopping area.

There was an issue with the airport transfer that we requested on our arrival, and had finally to take a taxi after quite some trouble. For some unknown reason, the request we submitted through booking.com did not reach them on time. This being said, they recognized the trouble we went through and showed us an amazing hospitality. That totally changed our initial perception of our arrival in India. We also had other issues, not related to the hotel, and the whole staff was extremely helpful in sorting them out, to a level beyond anything we could have expected. An incredible demonstration of Indian hospitality. Thank you for your warm welcome! We definitely recommend this hotel.

Hard to find a way that can improve the way we were treated. Everything was perfect

Booking.com does not show the final price in bold. Seems a deliberate plooy to show the price without taxes and confusing whether the price includes taxes or not. Just be straight up and show the full and final price. The fine print tactic gets you fooled. Extremely disappointed with booking.com So booking.com executives,, what are you going to do to make me happy and come back again and use your service? Actually, the only thing you can do is to pay me back the taxes charged and that will make me happy. My complaint is with booking.com, not the hotel.

In the whole very good with extremely helpful staff very much going the extra mile and very friendly ! Very good food and lovely ambience.

The Housekeeping staff need to be more thorough- replacing items used and finished, checking for missing items, clarity in what is available and what is not e.g neck pillows etc... When brought up to the room for the first time explanation of facilities and how to use facilities I.e AC control, lights etc would be very helpful...

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the room was great, and the breakfast buffet was to die for! In particular, Neer went out of his way to ensure all our questions were answered. We only had about 3 hours to spend in New Delhi that day, and he arranged for a a pre-paid car with a driver to take us around the city. The driver was very helpful too, and made a quick itinerary for us to make the most of the 3 hours that we had.
