Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad HITEC City, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good but daily it was repeated more or less. They should keep more of variety. Room service was almost instant. Front office was also really helpful.

They should definitely be porter service at front office. Many guests who come from abroad with all the luggage has to check in with all baggage him/herself which is very hectic and lack of firsthand impression. More staff should be allocated for peak times. Still porter service should be a part of it. Apart of this issue everything was quite good

Its in a prime location. Cleanliness of the room. The staffs were very friendly and courteous.

The location was great but unfortunately there is a construction work going on right infront of the property which made my stay little less comfortable because of the noise. The room was very clean and cozy. The bedsheets, pillows were all properly cleaned. However, there is still a little upgrade required for the towels. As the face/hand towels were too rough and hard. The breakfast menu wasn’t great and had very limited options. I would also like to point out the number of single use plastic bottles being used. I guess the hotel should start providing some more sustainable alternatives to plastic bottles. I stayed for 4 nights and probably had to use 16-20 plastic bottles which was nice. I had my own reusable bottle but didn’t have an option to refill it.

The location was very convenient. The staff was friendly and supportive. My requests were handled with utmost care and hospitality. Really loved the cleanliness and hygiene maintained during my stay.

There were two things: The room size can be bigger, leaving to more space for a person to walk around. Also, rooms with the option to open windows for air to flow in. Secondly, the breakfast needs to have more variety, especially in desserts and main items. Include more delicacies and keep changing the options available.

I have stayed here before and I will stay here probably again. Cleanliness is great. Food is certainly decent. Bfast has good spread. House keeping and safety is excellent.

Staff using excessive mobile phone while at work. This includes even the F&B guy and the front desk boy. They must change this habit and it will be a great place.

Good spread of buffet breakfast and dinner. Room staff was pretty quick with my requests. Room amenities were very good.

The location of hotel is within Mindspace complex. It's a bit isolated from nearest Metro Station. The room did not have a wardrobe. It made storing luggage bit tricky.

Breakfast was good and the overall stay was pleasant. Bit away from the main road which gives you peace of mind. Yet accessible to almost anywhere in city.

Room were not spacious. Everything feels like squeezed. No wardrobe. Fewer hangers. My room was located near an ongoing construction and man it was loud and disturbing all day and night. Restaurant had fewer options on their menu.

This is my first stay in Holiday Inn Express. Absolute pleasure budget place. It has all that you can get from a luxury business hotel at a budget option. Staff is fantastic, food is great. Room is clean and serves all the purposes. I must mention the names of Naveen, Umesh, Pavan and a young lady at the front desk (forgot her name and she was there when I checked out). I will certainly go back to this place. I had misplaced the invoice and they were quick and kind enough to mail me the invoice.

Nothing as such. Everything is in place and works perfectly fine.

The rooms are a compact size ones perfect for 2 people, however, the cleanliness should be looked into as I cam across roaches 2 days in a row. The staff is cooperative and was able to accommodate our request to give rooms closer to each other. The washing machines at the facility came to our rescue. The location is close to a metro station and a lot of restaurants, making it a very convenient place to stay.

The hygiene part, the towels weren't so clean and we found cockroaches in the room on 2 occasions. The fridge didn't work.

I been to this place before. Nice place to crash for a couple of nights. Rooms are bit smaller so if you are someone who is staying in the room you may feel bit claustrophobic.Have improved much on the cleanliness and hospitality. Now providing necessary toiletries.

There is noting i did not like about.

Immediate help and response from the staff and they are very friendly and quick in action. Thanks to the staff

Room sizes are very compact and inconvenient that I fell down once. Not at all satisfied with room size for the cost that is paid.
