Property ambience, indoor activities and facilities. Breakfast, food was excellent 👍 Ideal combination of luxury and comfort. Chef is friendly and cared about our likes and dislikes.( Specially children) and inquired for any assistance/ ready to help.Excellent family destination on divine land of lord Krishna. We greatly appreciate your efforts and kindness. It has been so helpful and has meant so much to our entire family. There's not much to mention, but we felt if more staff person per 100 guests can be useful and can be an added advantage. As staff people are dedicated and hardworking, with more hands in customer service is always advisable.

- In lunch Gujarati Thali was very awesome and tasty - Swimming pool, wow, very nice and we can say this is the main attraction of resort - Cool and calm ambiance is great enough to your soul. - Dinner pricing were bit higher as compared to food served

- Breakfast is good on Day 1 but on the next day it was ok. Better for dosa / uttapam were not fresh enough, bad odour comes out from. - Guests are waiting for golf car and hotel staff are moving here and there in golf car infront of guest... this one is not a great attitude - Sitting area near our villa were totally wet for both days of our stay, we can't go and sit there

Breakfast was good. Food overall was fresh and very good. Rooms are clean and aesthetically very pleasing. Special Thanks to Mr. Mohit - Manager at the property and to the following staff for their exemplary behavior and efforts to make our stay comfortable: Radhey, Abhyarthana, Aney, Chahat, Basant, Sulagna, Shouvik, Aastha, Hardik, Bahadur and the restaurant team.

The travel from Hotel to the city. Since the hotel is located slightly in the outskirts there should be more options available for travel although the recommended person (private travel) was very prompt and good but the dependency is huge.

This is one of the wonderful hotels that I stayed in while visiting Gujarat. Hotel is sprawled over a large area and all hotel rooms are in one story buildings that feel like cottages. The hotel really had a resort vibe to it. There was a large lazy pool and lot of green area/walking track. Gym was nice as was the gaming room. I could not try the spa unfortunately. Lunch buffet was very good. One notable feature of this hotel is how service oriented all the staff were and how they go an extra mile to make one's stay comfortable.. Particular mention to be made of Aastha and Kavita. Others were good too but I could not catch everyone's names! Highly recommended. In my case, I was able to have a very nice visit to the temple too which was some 5 kms from the resort.More Date of stay: December 2022

After disappointment with the first two hotel this hotel beat all expectation. It was everything the 4* hotel should be . The staff well trained and extremely showed great customer care. The the breakfast was the best I had seen and clean tables and chairs. Absolutely lovely place to stay.

This was great clean hotel throughout. The bedroom was beautifully clean with clean beddings, bathroom had everything you needsed and it was shinning. There was nothing much not to dislike I think the hotel has got everything right.

Has independent villas and is spread across a vast land area compared with a single building and rooms format. Very well trained staff with worldwide standard training and orientation. From Mohit their manager to the housekeeping to restaurant staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

Everything about the place is good.

Large and comfortable rooms with a swing included in the balcony. Very good breakfast with a wide range of options. Staffs Ritika and Archana ensured our stay was comfortable and helped us at every step.

The property could have more lights after dark especially in the park and near the swimming pool.

Staff: very polite and friendly Food: sumptuous, elaborate, very good at taste Property: comfortable with all facilities in a sprawling 20 acre, In all nice place for a leisure stay at Dwarka. We stayed for 4 nights. Would definitely like to stay again.

Should put laundry bag, shoe shiner, bath sleepers, shaving kit.

Surprised at the level of quality of the hotel. Very comfortable stay and food of high quality. Also enjoyed the Spa treatments.

Need to be able to get taxis and rickshaws from the hotel. Also the desserts could have been more varied in the buffet dinner menu
