Hyatt Regency Chandigarh

Hotel standard was exceptional. Staff and service were of the highest quality. Everyone was very hospitable. Kudrat Sethi was very welcoming during check-in and took care of all our requests. Ramesh / Sourabh / Anshuman and many more during breakfast were always willing to help. Breakfast was a good spread. Aanushri at the Exec lounge was very nice and took care of our every needs. All in all the hotel staff were excellent from the security / valet / bell boys etc. many names i do not remember.

Room AC cooling could have been a bit better.

Hyatt Regency Chandigarh is a great hotel to stay, it enjoys a great location and Elante Mall within the same premises is something which I liked a lot. The staff have a great attitude everyone just everyone is service oriented soft spoken and a professional. The rooms are spacious clean super comfy. Overall I liked staying with Hyatt Chandigarh.

Well with everything in place the only thing missing was the tasty food, the spread was pretty ok but sincerely food carries a lots of mark and I'm sure they Hyatt can work on it ...

I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Bar drinks were good and they served us until late. Thanks to Shobhna and her team as well. Will look forward to stay there again.

only thing I didn’t like that pool area was closed. Hotel should open that area 24 hrs too

It’s a quite fine place and ample spaced rooms

there is no heater in air conditioning. so not suitable for stay in winters

very nice hotel, exceptional staff, friendly , helpful and professional. cannot fault. loved the regency lounge , gym , pool and amazing breakfast. excellent shopping centre with bars and restaurants 👍🏼

couldn’t adjust the parasol over the lounger. the temperature in shower was very high and in bath wasn’t hot enough. we didn’t complain as wasn’t that upset 😂 tables and chairs in browse lounge looked a bit dated.

The room are comfortable, washroom is clean, great location right next chandighars best mall, food is tasty and served hygienicali. Urban hotel suitable both for business and leisure.

None of the staff asked if we are traveling for a special occasion, my son's birthday was there also would have liked if the hotel could offer a Christmas or new years cake.

It’s was superb and service was excellent. I must say staff there goes beyond and above for there guest.

Definitely outside pool should have been open for little longer as inside pool is so sophisticated. Not enough room can’t even stay there for 5 mins . Specially we were there in off season and we can’t do any water activities surely we were looking forward towards pool time after finishing our day . But not even a single day we get to have a access of outside pool .

Service exceeded all expectations. Staff is exceptionally helpful - nothing is ever a problem. We were always served with a smile at odd hours of the light when our son suddenly took ill. Front desk (Prashant) and housekeeping (Ravinder) checked on us multiple times a day. Fantastic service!

Some rooms were undergoing refurbishment and the noise from the works could be heard in our rooms certain times of day. Planning could be better in this regard.

Good quality hotel, rooms a clean and beds were comfortable. Good room facilities. Recommend getting rooms with club access, it's great and with enough food options that you don't have to eat in the restaurant.

It is India, but would also prefer a few more western options at the restaurant breakfast buffet. That said, staff were willing to cook good old bacon and eggs.

The facility is extremely well run. The breakfast is better than 5 star hotels I've been to in Europe & the staff is friendly & warm without being overbearing. The topping on the cake was a 45 minute conversation with Shobhna who gave me pointers for so many more places in India to visit when I come back.
