Hotel Hillock

Beautifully decorated and styled hotel, well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Even though it is purely veg, we got eggs just as we liked them. The waiter remembered that I asked for butter and jam the previous day, and brought them to me directly. Great coffee machine with a variety of coffees, espresso is super, and so is cappuccino. Stylish rooms, terrace big and spacious. Good bathroom supplies - they provide everything, except for hairdryer. Tea kettle with free teas, coffee, sugar and milk, free 1liter water bottles. Huge area around the hotel to walk around: lots of seating places and tables, swings, children's playground, beautiful garden with a small waterfall and a bridge. Incredibly beautiful

We booked for a room with a terrace, and we got it, but There is no roof/ cover/ hood over the terrace, so the pigeons have a total blast from the top floors. Every morning the terrace was covered in poop. When it rains the chairs get soaking wet. Also there is no partition between other terraces, so you see all the neighbours. The bar is 3 meters across the hall, so it is very noisy at night. And a lot of noise from the restaurant when it is food time. Mattress was very hard, but if you stay only a few nights, it is bearable Restaurant serves only veg

Undoubtedly a good hotel. Little expensive in comparison with the facilities offered. Overpriced by about 15% since there is no gym, massage is outsourced. It's not being fair to the customers to charge excessively. Food, services are very good. Overall, even at a high price, good experience.

Add facilities like gym, Massage rooms and a small area for reading with select reading material. Add Driver accommodation on a token charge to make the stay comfortable. Add f&b services for drivers at a token charge. The existing free facilities may continue for those who are okay with the same. The younger generation of drivers have different expectations.

The breakfast staff was amazing in making sure i knew what options were available and helping me make good choices. They were alert and attentive to my needs, especially coffee. The food was delicious. I love the garden for dinner and had wonderful meals that included things I had never tried. Again, I could not have been happier with the staff.

Only the pigeon mess every morning on my terrace. And the planters not being full, which may have been a contributing factor. I was assured steps are planned to address this.

The hotel is far from the the city centre so need to take a walk or hire a activa to roam around the city...but it's okay when the the weather is favouring you....or else better to have facilitated with the transport....the stay was good enjoyed the hotel n it's serenity....hope to visit once again...

The staff there are good n nice but the times we feel awkward when they just offer the service in expectations for a tip.

Very good stay at hillock mount abu. Very friendly and courteous staff with smiling face. Located in the heart of the city. Neat and clean rooms which are well maintained. The best part of this hotel is food quality with yummy taste and organic vegetables that come from their farm only. Also buffet breakfast has vast varieties. Highly recommended place to stay with family

The ambience and location of the property are exceptional.The maintenance of surrounding and the common areas inside the hotel is very good. The breakfast items and staff services are excellent. Rooms are independently air conditioned using split AC with room warming & cooling feature!

Rooms are equipped with antiquated furniture and fittings. Even entry door has older door closing features. Headrest and bed cushions, mattress are not comfortable. Curtains are difficult to roll. Massage facilities are below par. Overall, property falls a shade short on expectations for the money they charge!

Good location and wonderful service. Breakfast was great. Nice garden area and free parking. All basic necessities were taken care of. Nice size bathroom.

WiFi was not great. Shower head was extremely unclean. Certain items like room telephone look old and not very clean.

Staff is very cooperative start from desk to room.food is excellent with compitative rate.vew front hotel & location is also up to the mark.can say once the visite of this hotel is worth.

It was a wonderful stay. We loved the experience and the food. The staffs are excellent and their behavior exceeded our expectations. I am so glad we chose Hotel Hillock and we would recommend all of you to please visit the hotel.

Everything was awesome.

Best experience. The ambiance was amazing and food is too delicious. And service was also so gentle . We have order custom food for our 2 year child and they made it beyond our expectations. Amazing. We love to visit here again.
