Private parking behind gates - very important for me, helpful staff - they fulfilled all our requests , Location not that far from city centre by foot - 15 minutes.

Is definitely not a 4* rated. More of a 3* plus. The restaurant where breakfast took place looks a bit outdated. Some seats upfront the bar are really tight and you are hitting chairs with other people. Also having some dining desks just by the entrance door is not ok. From food point of view OK- Could be more pastries options. Altogether a lower standard breakfast impression. Also the billiard and other hotel activities are paid - isn’t written nowhere on Booking - they should mention it. We did not have forints so we could not have a small entertainment for us.

Very friendly staff who could speak both English and German. The room was cozy, and they even put a baby bed in for us (we didn't need it for our baby, but it was thoughtful of them).

I can't say really. After 15 hours on the road, we got there at 21:00 , checked in, and jumped into the shower, then slept. In the morning, we had breakfast, a great breakfast I must say, then left at 8:00. For what we needed, we have no complaints.

Professional and kind personnel at the reception , clean room, good breakfast.

The restaurant is closing on Saturday too earlier therefore in case you arrive after 8 pm and you want to eat or to have a drink is necessary to go out ( not a good option if you are tired upon 1000 km driving ). Some of the international TV channels are not working properly. The heating system of the room is not working ( ventilation is working but no heat).

- the restaurant is too small for its capacity, the food is getting filled but if you come late, you will have fewer choices for the buffet - the hotel doesn't reach the quality of 4 star hotel - the bathroom needs to get maintained and repaired

Got an upgrade for Genius room. Room in new building and spacious. Parking lot is secured and enough spaces. Easy driving out and in. Very nice room, 5 min drive to city centre

Breakfast was good but if you come late 9:30 many things are gone and are not refilled.

The room was very clean, modern and quiet. It was suitable for a family of four. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, and although the menu was not extensive, it was satisfactory considering the price. The staff were excellent and made our stay a great one.

We had no complaints. I would stay at this hotel again. It can be cold in winter as you have to go outside to get to the Finnish sauna.

Room was very nice and clean, what was expected from a 4 star hotel, especially the bathroom. The private parking was free for my stay and very secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I needed an old power cable and they searched everywhere until they found one.

Pillows were too soft. My room was in the attic and because of this it was very hot (27-28C at night) and the AC was not working. If fact, there was only AC controls, but no air vent or something to see if it works. The temperature didn't dropped even with AC controls turned on. I had to leave windows open all evening to cool down. I asked the receptionist how to fix it, she said it's not possible, that's it. In a pandemic time, the soap dispenser was out of soap. I asked for a replacement, but nothing happened. Breakfast was very poor, in choices and quality.

Excellent hotel. Baby crib for our grandchild. We travelled from Bulgaria to Switzerland and were looking for a hotel in a quite place with easy access to the motorway Budapest - Vienna. The hotel was a perfect choice. Cosy and warm rooms, excellent breakfast.

Very clean. The breakfast was good with different and fresh food. The hotel has an oun parking and location near the centre and station.

There is a lift, but the space in the studio was not enough accessible for people in a wheelchair.

Professional staff, modern and comfortable room. we stayed in a big family room. very safe parking inside the hotel parking yard, closed. Good breakfast. I recommend this property it is perfect for families and not only.
