Kind staff, so clean I had to leave window open to diffuse detergent smell, quiet, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, good AC. Well away from tourist sites. Tiny plates for buffet were annoying as was smoking allowed on dining patio & cumbersome door locks. Was awakened each day at 5am due to inadequate light blocking drapes. Important to note that if I would've changed rooms to other floor, it would not have AC which is critical here. So losing sleep was the better option. Ugh...

The breakfast was very good, great variety of products - from savoury to sweet. The room was impeccably clean. It was quite silent in the night even if we were placed at the street side right above at the entrance.

The fact that we could not reserve the parking spot before we arrived. Even if we inquired they kept saying that we can not reserve in advance; it's only on arrival they can tell us whether there is one avalable or not. Finally it worked out for us but it was stressy till last minute. The orange juice was a joke, more water than juice. And the coffee is not real ( all instant powders in the machine). That is a pity, we would happily give up something from the rest of the breakfast for a good coffee.

- Very friendly and helpful staff; - Clean rooms (cleaning service each day) with excellent interior design; - Various buffet breakfasts (fresh and good): cereals, bakeries, fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, etc. -> also options like vegan, gluten-free; - Nice garden to drink your coffee in the morning; - Safe parking space under the hotel; - Tram station 3 minutes away; City Center (tourist attractions) 15 minutes with tram; - 5 minutes away from the Danube River (great place for evening walks).

Hotel located within 30 minutes walk from the City Center and close to public transportation. Good wifi. Rooms are bit tired already but everything is clean, beds are very comfortable. Underground parking costs 15 euro per night. Since 3 of us travelled together they had a great option of triple beds room which was really convenient and allowed us to save money on renting two rooms.

Breakfast room was a bit too crowdy and the staff couldn't handle cleaning tables and restoring food trays. Unfortunately as of Jan, 2023 the closest metro (M3) is closed for reconstruction so it limits transportation options (although they have buses instead) One night we were too noisy (totally our fault) and instead of knocking and politely remind us that we misbehave (we were not drunk) at this late hour, the hotel clerk was simply rude and unprofessional threatened us with the police. Not a standard I used to but well, maybe he had a bad day.... (again totally our fault, but still...)

An awesome find! Right in the center of Budapest. Secure underground parking at 15 euro per day. The most hospitable and professional reception staff who will gladly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We got a family apartment consisting of 2 separate rooms, each one of them with AC- that was simply great. Very clean place. Relaxed interior design. Good selection of food at breakfast and everything tasteful.

A bit messy breakfast room. The young staff had a problem handling refilling on the food tables, coffee machines, cups etc. But that's a minor thing.

The location was easily accesible by various means of transport. Breakfast was rich. The dining hall was clean and quiet. The personnel could offer suitable information and accepted willingly our requirements.

Everyday cleaning was less than we expected, especially the balcony. The minibar did not work (no cooling at all, despite their previous warning about it).

Great location. Comfortable and convenient room. Covered and secure garage. Very good breakfast. Public transport in a short distance.

Impossibility to make reservation for the garage in advance. The refrigerator in the room did not work.

The hotel is relatively close to the city center, which means that it can be reached on foot, but it is very important that it is close to public transport lines, which connect important hubs with other lines, thus connecting you to the whole city. The staff is more than friendly. For breakfast, there was everything for everyone's taste and in very large quantities. The rooms and the whole hotel are extremely clean. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryer. In any case, a hotel for every recommendation. I can't wait to go back to the hotel and to Budapest again.

Nothing special.

It's a very cosy hotel, there were 5 of us in 3 rooms, and everybody was very happy with their stay. It's a bit away from city centre, but that is not a bad thing. It's a very quiet and safe area, there's a 24 hour shop across the main road, and there are lots of places to eat close to the hotel. Public transport in Budapest is affordable and works great. The airport bus makes its first stop in 15 minutes walk from the hotel -- very convenient! It's possible to walk to the city centre from the hotel, and we did it a few times, but if you are in a hurry, there's buses, trams and metro to take you there quicker. The room was of a good size, aircon worked really well (we arrived in +32 degrees heat). Everything was nice and clean. Further cleaning was on a daily basis, sometimes they managed to clean the room while we were downstairs for breakfast. Breakfast was great too. It was somewhere in between English and Continental, in a way that there were always some tasty hot dishes available. It was a great start to each day. Separate mention goes to the personnel: they were always extremely helpful and nice. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in this hotel.

- The hotel is really clean and cozy. Bed is comfy and my room was spacious, same with the bathroom. - Nice selection of breakfast items - Don‘t miss out on the garden! Great to relax throughout the day - Staff is friendly and speak English well, check-in and out were a matter of seconds - There is an elevator so no need to walk stairs hehe - The location is really good. You can use tram 4 or 6 to get to all the major tourist attractions (10-20mins depending on what you wanna see). 10min walk to the bus stop of the airport bus 100e. An Aldi is right around the corner if you want to buy food.
