Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

Location was excellent, for ferry's shopping and getting around. Breakfast was good loved trying things a bit different. Room had a fab view of the harbour and the lights at night were beautiful from our room window.

For the standard of accommodation was disappointed that did not have a public toilet on premises, you have to go out through the restaurant and into the shopping centre and into the back of the building and use the facilities. As we had a late flight and required to get changed after checking out earlier in the day we had no facility to use :-(

The room is OK because of New Year the location given to us is not upto the mark as promised by our agent. Although we paid a very high price fo room. Breakfast is not taken by us But coffee is good in the restaurant.

Room location is worst the cost of room charged by the hotel is too much as per location given to us the value for money is not upto mark.

this is our 5th Stayed at Marcopolo Hongkong hotel the room is spacious , with fully equipped amenities , comfortable bed with a great view and excellent location for shopping and traveling the room service is excellent definitely will be back again as always

The carpet in the room is quite dusty with a little bit smell We need to ask for an air-purifier The television program is quite out of date we suggest the digital TV

The proximity of the property to the shopping places the terminal and the restaurants. I like how accesible it is. Eventhough its an old structure I like how they manage to keep it clean and tidy. However on our first day, on our floor it smells like cigerrete, although they were able to fix it on second day. All in all, we will definitely go back to stay again. Would like to commend Ken at the front desk and Langga in Housekeeping. They were very helpful.

Great location just by the harbor (2 mins walk to harbor, ferry terminal and the metro), we got upgraded to a very large room with a separate sitting room and walk in wardrobe, absolutely fantastic! Great breakfast, the hotel was adjoining a mall so very convenient if you like to shop. Would stay again.

Staff weren't very friendly at breakfast, had to make a request for a coffee twice.

Location is great ! TST is the centre of the city, which is convenient for whatever purpose. Still good to spend your shopping there although when the city is still being tortured by the omicron... And what I also want to say is my great thanks to the staffs of Marco Polo Hong Kong... Despite everyone in the city shows how fatigue they are to fight with the pandemic, the staffs there still show professional attitude with friendly, smiley and warm welcome to all the guests. Cheers everyone there !

Great location, nice view from the upper floors, room is clean and comfortable, employees are friendly and quick to attend to your needs. Connection to mall affords quick trip to restaurants and shops. Abundant transport facilities in the area - ferry, underground, cabs, buses are all nearby. Hotel's italian and japanese restaurants are excellent. Overall good value for money.

Room service breakfast is bland and pricey. Bed mattress is old and sagging.

Perfect location at waterfront with private access to the Harbour City and ferry terminal. Good for shopping and high-end dining, but a bit of a walk to the urban area. Room size is a real surprise, and I like the separated sitting room.

Not enough accessibility amenities at the Canton Road entrance.

Room is big - an important consideration in land scarce HK where most hotel rooms are very small. Location is good - next to Star Ferry, Harbour City and Avenue of Stars, and a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR stations.

Internet was slow and breaks intermittently.

The location is very good, we enjoyed the walking along the Yangzi River. The view at night is amazing. The street next to the hotel is also interesting, you may get nice coffee and massage there.

the breakfast could be better, the buffet is closed at exactly 10:00, at the other hotel, they give tolerate time.
