Best location, near the beach, the Port, and plenty of shops and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Hotel and room are super clean! Nice and varied breakfast, pool, ‏gym, bar and 24 hrs reception. The best part is definitely the staff! All staff members are kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. When coming back to Rhodes I will definitely stay here again.

The bed was too soft and the pillows weren't so comfortable for me.

* We were originally assigned a room on the 4th floor which was looking to the pool side of the building. However, we did not like the room because of the constant noise coming from the A/C units, and the obstructed view. We asked for a room change without too much hassle, and were given a room on the 2nd floor looking to the street side. * Breakfast was tremendously rich in variety. Healthy choices like nuts, almonds, olives, and fruits were available. * Reception staff was friendly, accommodating and positive towards our requests. * The menus of the hotel bar and kitchen were reasonably priced. * The hotel overall was spotless.

* Different price categories of rooms not clear on booking.com. The room description are a bit vague and one may end up getting a bad room. For example, a double room on the 3rd and 4th floor have supposedly different rates, although their same size. * There could be more amenities in the room for better value and comfort like tissues, shoehorn, ironing board, better quality shampoo and shower gel. * Some beverages in the mini-bar are provided free-of-charge on the first day of the stay regardless of the total length of stay. A couple of drinking water bottles could have been provided every day.

We had a penthouse suite which was fabulous. So spacious especially the Sun terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. There were plenty of showers provided for our last day after vacating the room also a place to store the luggage for the day and even scales to weigh the cases. Location was perfect.

The toilet was open leading into the bedroom which we didn’t like. The shower room floor was very slippy when wet, could have done with a rubber mat. There were 2 subbed in the terrace but they didn’t recline back so could have done with 2 reclining Sun beds. Food in the evening was average but inexpensive as were the drinks.

Splashed out on one of the penthouse rooms - lucky that we had a sea view rather than town view and also the best orientation for all day sun (ask for room 702!). The spa bath was lovely (staff have to fill and empty it). The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good with masses of choice and for such a big hotel was well organised. The hotel is perfectly situated - beach, town centre and the old walled city are all walkable.

Was hoping to use the pool but sadly it does not really get much sun coupled with the fact that there were a lot of sunbed hoggers which the hotel don't seem to discourage. We watched one couple stake their claim at 9 O clock only to see them in the market three hours later with their sunbeds still unused.

Incredibly comfortable rooms, extremely clean spaces and excellent room cleaning services, good location and friendly staff. The price of food and drink is really reasonable.

The pool area isn't great. It's really cramped and you have limited sun exposure due to the buildings surrounding the pool area. The breakfast was ok. We've stayed in this hotel before and it's been a lot better. It was the end of the season and I think it affected the quality of the breakfast food. The rooms were very warm even with air-conditioning in use.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's conveniently located, Elli beach and the Old Town are within a short walking distance. The property is extremely well maintained and squeaky clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating (while you there have a little chat with a lovely bartender, George). Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of prosecco and roses. On our last day, after the check out, we were still allowed to stay by the pool in the afternoon. The highlight of this place is its breakfast though; there is everything you can ask for: continental breakfast, English breakfast, fresh fruits, various pastries, waffles, pancakes, various types of ham and cheese, great selection of bread. It's one of the nicest places I ever stayed!

The hotel location is perfect close to the beach, Old Town and shopping area. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel breakfast is fantastic lots of choice and fresh produce.

Had an issue with air con on first night due to late arrival this couldn’t be fixed until next day. The pool area is very cramped for the size of hotel. There is a rundown apartment block next door so feels enclosed.

Everything. I would recommend staying in this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Rhodes City. It is perfect location and close to the central bus station and only a short walk to Elli Beach. The staff are what make this property from the moment you check in all throughout your stay. Every member or staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. We were allowed to use the reception shower facilities as we had a late flight and were offered towels and water. The hotel room was amazing, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a few minutes from the old town and the sea, surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was modern, featuring a nice balcony overlooking the street, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including healthy, low-fat, and vegan choices

Everything , the staff was amazing and kind , we had a birthday and they gone over the top for us , the staff including all the staff were the niceset , it is very clean and modern , and close to the beach in the best taberna , we totally reccomend and cant wait be back ❤️❤️❤️
