Really nice hotel with amazing food. The evening meal was 5 courses with plenty of choice and the breakfast was just stunning........probably the best buffet breakfast i have every had with almost everything you could think of on offer. For us the issue of it being just outside of the town wasn't really a problem as the buses ran regularly and we hired bikes, which were only £20 for the week. The staff were lovely and genuinely seemed happy to please.

We struggled to find any issues with this hotel, UNTIL it came to getting home. We booked a private transfer via the hotel and paid a premium for the privilege as we just wanted it to be hassle free. Sadly it turned out to be the complete opposite . The taxi didn't turn up and after a very stressful hour negotiating with reception they refunded our money and reluctantly phoned an alternative company who sent out a cab (mini cab was half the price BTW). By this time it was so late that two of our party missed their flights, so it turned out to be the most expensive transfer in history. No official apology from the hotel and obviously no recompense............clearly need to do better and spoiled what was nearly a perfect holiday.

I could say that our stay at this hotel really exceeded our expectations, I’m rarely satisfied with hotels as to rate it with 10, but this is the case. Excellent service and staff, design of the hotel is an aesthetics for your eyes, tasty food and drinks. Would love to come here again.

It’s just my suggestion about refilling drinking water in the room while making it up, so that you don’t have to buy it. Not a big deal but nice for the guests

I want to start my review with what initially was a disappointment that turned into a very satisfactory stay. When we arrived at the property, the room given to us had a round "very close to the floor" bed (which required a lot of effort getting in and out, especially for people over 70) instead of a sofa bed and a queen-sized bed as was advertised. Furthermore, due to a technical reason, the TV that was announced to have satellite and cable channels only had 20 channels, all broadcasting in German. Obviously, we complained, and for the next day of our stay, our room was changed to what it was supposed to be, although the TV channels could not be adjusted. The room change was done with a lot of grace by Nikki, the front desk manager. She personally helped us with our luggage in moving to another room. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we received the huge fruit plate she sent us. From that moment on, it was smooth sailing. We loved our second room, which also opened to a shared pool, the quiet, serene surroundings, and the property's elegant interior and exterior decoration. Furthermore, the dinner served at 35 Euros per person was of excellent quality and was always served by the restaurant personnel with a smile. Our waiters, Sameer, Zeitzan and Dimitris, very efficiently served us always with a very positive attitude and always with a smile that brightened our day. We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Diamond Deluxe and are looking forward to returning again next summer. Thank you for the great food, lavish personal attention, and beautiful accommodations! Great staf at reception, restaurant and also the cleaners. Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. The food at breakfast is also really good and by night you can eat at the restaurant with a 5 course fine dining menu (€35 p.p.). Every day is different! Also a nice private beach with good sunbeds. The maintenance of the hotel is also really good and nice fitness room. Tip: rent a car, because then you see more of the island and you are flexible. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but using a car is better.

Unfortunately there were a lot of people who reserved a sunbed with there towel. Even before and during breakfast. The staff did not do anything about it. Some people did not even lie down for the whole morning and they came at the end of the day. Really childish! We hoped it would be different at a small-scale 5 star hotel, but unfortunately not. Also the wifi is not great at your room and showering in a bath tube is not pleasant, but the quality of the room is good.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. The rooms were big and Spacious, and the bathroom had a hot tub. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food, also the Spa was absolutely excellent, lovely staff, thank you ladies for making my stay very pleasant with the 2 lovely treatments. 😍

Only one English channel on the TV, and pool in the Spa wasn't heated. Also beach across the road very rough.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious.

Expected more emphasis on glüten and dairy free possibilities. Kind of far from the kos center, unfortınately the city bus line is not working promptly. The sea was very wild due to wind and not easy to enter because of all the stones. But the pool is nice.

Friendly staff, quiet place, good facilities. Great variety at the breakfast buffet. Not too far from Kos Town. The private sauna booking was great.

If you want 100% privacy with a swim up, not possible because there are no barrieres to the neighbour. But still great access to the pool.

Restaurant, bar area and pool was amazing. Swim up rooms were superb. Staff very friendly. Clean daily towels.

Only small thing was under the bed was not brushed. Very dusty. Must have just been forgotten. Fridge smelt at little unfresh. Very minor issues.
