Kalavrita Canyon Hotel & Spa

The breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooms had wooden flooring a real bonus and were really generously sized with extra furniture (rocking chair) to contribute to the exceptional comfort. The fireplace would have been nice to try in the really cold depths of winter. Bathroom had a bath with a jacuzzi function, quite unusual. I did not have time to enjoy the spa aspect of the hotel. Very central with access to everything. Great view of the mountains from the window. Underground parking was very much appreciated. Nice bar but no time to try it.

For the time I was there I cannot provide any negative views. Temporary problem with warm water supply was the only problem but that was probably due to an electrical power cut.

we absolutely loved the service first and foremost. everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and constantly attentive. always accommodating to anything we needed, and with a smile on their face. we also loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. the decor inside the hotel is also stunning. during the day we enjoyed the pool which was very nice and peaceful, and then we would walk around as the location is very convenient and close to everything. overall such an amazing experience!

everything was perfect, the only thing was the fridge wasn’t too cold (but maybe that’s how it is in Greece? because other hotels have the same issue) and we were also looking for an iron.

The facilities, the staff, the location and the cleanness of the room. .

The only problem which is extremely important and I was very dissatisfied was the bed and how comfortable it was. . .I didn't sleep well. The mattress was terrible and from one side the inclination (since it was the type of extremely soft bed) was big and very uncomfortable....

We had two single beds that they were very uncomfortable The mattress was hanging off the bed and every time you went to get out of bed the bed was moving and it was difficult to get out of it because the mattress was very soft

Breakfast was great. Had everything. Service was fantastic. The hotel was really quiet in the evening. We had a great night's sleep. The basement parking provided makes it so easy to leave your car in safety and tour the village.

Everything was really super. No negative comments to make.

Location excellent as its near the center. Breakfast very good. Well organized and attentive to detail.

I would say to push the spa facilities more. Have a handout of what services are offered.

It is a modern, very clean hotel with friendly staff, located at center of Kalavryta.

Breakfast should have been better for this price and level of hotel. An issue faced was the mattresses of beds being very soft.

Fireplace such a novelty, we asked for extra wood and it was promptly delivered, close distance to Taverna for great Greek food, staff helpful with Odontotos rack railway info especially since we went in off season

Bathtub water wasn't as hot as it would be even on the hottest setting

Great location, clean, modern, polite staff.

The mattress was too soft. There was only one lazy boy in front of the fireplace, the second person had to sit in an uncomfortable chair.

Great hotel in a good location. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, comfy room and beautiful garden with a pool. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
