Theatro Hotel Odysseon

Pool, breakfast and staff were great. We were there in the middle of an heatwave with temp running up to 43C°. So parts of the day needed to be spend at the pool, room with AC. Close by there is a great viewpoint for the sun going down, be there in time because of the mountains partly blocking the sun, so the sun sets earlier then Google predicts. Also the view on the rocks from the pool is very cool!

Town itself is oke, nothing to special. Hotel is also a bit outdated, but that with almost all hotels in Greece.

The staff are very helpful and professional. Breakfast better than expected and waiters attentive. The rooms are of course, as always, a little smaller than photographed but everything is clean and pleasant. Rooms are quiet. Apart from the occasional noise of someone in the corridor, the rooms are quiet. The hotel has a nice design and general theme: the cinema. The location is very good for hikers, as you are 200m from the hiking trails of the Meteore landscape.

Our room ( The Fiddler On The Roof ) is tastefully decorated with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. The breakfast was excellent. The Theatro is located just a few minutes walk from the center, with stunning views of the rocks. The beautiful garden area and pool are an oasis to relax. The Theatro team have been very helpful and added to our relaxing stay.

The staff were lovely. The view from the room was impressive. Plenty of seating outside. We could leave our bags there after checkout.

The pool wasn't very inviting..the pool chairs were uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but it was spread out all over the room, so it was a but like a treasure hunt trying to find things. There's a step coming out of the bathroom , so you need to be on the ball.

The service is impeccable. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially the woman at the reception. She recommended a fantastic tour with a great guide. The rooms are sufficiently large, the air conditioning is excellent. There is a terrace available with a view of a beautiful garden. Everything is neat, peaceful, and clean. Breakfast is also excellent. I have no complaints.

We had a nice room based upon the Phantom of the Opera. Apparently every room has its own opera theme. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had tasty food at very reasonable prices. There is a small parking at the hotel if you come by car.

The pool was not really clean. The hottub of the hotel was empty. The pillows were a little too thick for us to sleep comfortable.

This property is unique and has many lovely touches/details that we did not find anywhere else. Parking is provided which is always helpful. The bed was divine and the shower was great. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent! We would make a point to stay there if we ever find ourselves in Meteora!

We thought it was a bit unusual to have to hand in our key every time we left the hotel.

excellent location at base of rocks but 4 minute walk into town with great cafes and stores and restaurants. hotel was spotless and service was excellent. nice garden to sit in and enjoy the weather . this place is great value for money !

breakfast was okay ..adequate. strange that they charge you for a morning latte with breakfast. Overall, an excellent choice and completely recommend

Great breakfast with variety from day to day. Good free parking on premises. Well maintained property. We were in it five years ago, and it seems to be well kept. Very efficient front desk operations.

WIFI was not working in room 103 for the three days we were there--had to go to breakfast area for WIFI access. Last day, different desk person said he had just reset the equipment and it should be working, but previous responses had not been helpful

To begin with, the staff was really helpful and polite and they answered all our questions. The breakfast was with one word EXCELLENT. The variety was huge and you couldn't taste everything once and every day you would try new stuff. The room was also really nice and it had a nice view. It also had a mini bar and in it there is some space if you would like to store something. Monasteries were close enough by car to reach.

As I mentioned above everything was ok. One thing I would add is for a small tag in the bathroom, in which it would be written if you wanted for your towels to be changed or not. Every day the room service would put new clean towels, which I think is a bit bad because it means that lots of water is being used to clean these towels (a small environmental tip).
