Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent and very polite and helpful. They seem to genuinely want to give the best service and go beyond what theyre expected to do. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly very high quality and we ended up eating there on most days. The pool is awesome and the gardens were a pleasure to look at. Everything was so green and lush. The location could not be any better. Close to everywhere in town and easy to get everywhere by walking.

Air conditioning wasn't the strongest. The hotel did send someone to fix the problem and it was ok afterwards but still not as strong as we would have liked it to be in the scorching August heat wave while we were in Corfu. Ants are everywhere, even found a few in the beds occasionally. but perhaps that can't be avoided due to the weather. Didn't bother us too much.

The staff are all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every greeting came with a smile. Breakfast was perfectly nice, linen cloths and plenty of choice - and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view of the bay. The pool was well kept and in a great spot, plenty of sun beds and a great pool bar. The pool itself is salt water and really clean. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The hotel is rather a Grand Old Dame and takes some upkeep, I would imagine. We generally stay in more modern hotels with less of an atmosphere. The Corfu Palace had lots of atmosphere, lots of history and a warm welcome.

The location is wonderful , lovely little balcony off our room with a wonderful sea view . Lots of choice for breakfast , staff so friendly and provided excellent service throughout the hotel . Plenty of sun beds around the pool which is set in beautiful gardens . Just a short walk into the main town with lots of great bars and restaurants.

The bedroom was very spacious , but maybe a bit of a refurb would make it more special . The bathroom was also a good size , but again could be modernised , shower over the bath with shower curtain isn’t great . But I’m being picky here !

The hotel has an amazing view of the sea and Old Fortress. Also, the location is quite peaceful even if it is close of the Old Town ( 5 min walk) but out of the noise and very crowded areas. The rooms, restaurant and pool areas are spotless clean and have enough space so you will have some privacy if you need it. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. They make feel you as a family member, not a simply guest. Breakfast is varied, you can make tasty and healthy choices even for a picky child. The rooms are cool even if they face east ( the adjustable AC do a good job) and have enough space. The furniture is a bit outdated but it's well designed so there are plenty of storage areas. Wi-fi works fine for "holiday mode" but do not expect to do any work because it's quite unstable. So.... a very good accomodation for a relaxing holiday!

It is the second time here and it is nothing to dislike. Maybe only the lack of parking spots around the hotel that we didn't noticed on our previous stay at the begining of June (the main road in front of the hotel seemed to be pefect) but în the high season it gave us some troubles during evening time. :)) Not a huge issue but it is good to know! PS hotel staff can help you booking some nice trips so car is not mandatory.

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Beautiful gardens and the swimming pool was great. You can order food and drinks by the pool and it overlooks the beautiful sea. The room was amazing and the view was just perfect. It had a lovely balcony which was really nice. It was so peaceful sitting there overlooking the water. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from. It couldn't have been better. The location was amazing as it was only a short walk to Corfu old town which has so many amazing shops. It was also a short walk to the Old Fortress and Boschetto gardens. I would like to thank Elena on the front desk. She made our trip even more special by her friendly welcomes and wonderful advice on where to go and how to get there. Nothing was too much of an effort for her. Thanks so much Elena.

The only negative for me was I believe the bathrooms need updating. It is an old hotel and although they were marble bathrooms they are a bit run down. Don't get me wrong, they weren't too bad, but for a 5 star hotel that is on the pricey side, they could do with an update.

Corfu Palace was superb with its own personality that blends its exceptional people, facilities and location to make it a fantastic place to stay in Corfu . The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking a truly stunning vista. Service at reception, the restaurant, pool and all services was always friendly and efficient but also with good humour. The manager ran a cocktail party for guests one night and it was evident that the place is impacted by his warm and sincere personality, with a bit of fun thrown in. As Aussies in Greece while test cricket was being played in England he explained the cricket culture in Corfu and even bought out his personal copy of ‘the Ashes’ for photos and friendly banter. The pool, bar and restaurant areas are huge and simply stunning with views over the old Fort and Super yachts. It’s 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town. On first look it seemed a bit dated but after a while you realise that is part of the special character. It’s super clean and rooms and areas are large and most of your time is spent outside although there is plenty of room inside in poor weather.

The location is fantastic--easy walk to the sites of Corfu Town, view of the windmill on the end of the point to the south, only 30-minute walk or so. I went there to swim. The hotel was built around 1954, so it's not the gleamingly sterile new style, but that doesn't mean the rooms are unclean or dilapidated. Mine was great, with a nice-sized balcony. Because I was there in winter, I didn't try out the pool. Fine breakfast. Nice service

Internet was fine, except it cut out a few times. It always came back, but I'd have to wait now and then.

Such a magical place! The staff are some of the friendliest we'd ever come across- I've recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and was very nervous how I was going to manage it abroad. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond (with the Maître d' even waiting to greet me on arrival and put my mind at ease). The breakfast buffet was brilliant with a good variety of options and sitting outside each morning overlooking the cove was such a treat. Really couldn't fault this hotel; the pool, the location, the sea-view balconies and the food in the main restaurant- everything exceeded expectations!

It's honestly a struggle to think of anything we didn't like. If I was pressed to answer, we were given two twin beds in our room, where we would've preferred a double. I'm sure if we'd asked to swap they'd have been accommodating but we weren't too fussed. The drinks at the pool bar were also quite expensive (5 euro for an iced coffee) but I suppose that's to be expected, and quite easily solved by having your coffees in town instead!
