There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Room was a good size. I like the thick towels and the 2 bottles of drinking water in the room. Parking can be a problem - you can temporarily park by the Roots restaurant to unload and load luggage. There is public parking "below" before you get into "town" eastward, which had stairs. But we found parking along the EO Livadias Amfissas, and it was an easier walk to the hotel. The 2 ladies we met at reception were great!

Shower was not that great though - no shower curtain, though there were hooks, so water was splashing outside. I told the lady in front and she said there was no curtain available. My husband McGyver'ed the shower handle because there was no place to hang it. It was not draining well too. The saving grace though was that the floor was heated, so the wet bath mat was sorta dry the next day. I hope a renovation of the shower is in the works!

Excellent location, loved the balcony! Everyone was very helpful and kind!

NO SOUND PROOF WHATSOEVER. You can literally hear the guys across the hall, soooooo they could hear you back. Change all rooms' doors NOW! And change the bathroom's door, too...

The employees were polite and helpful. The location is super.

No heating... we repeatedly asked them to check the heating... it was always getting fixed but was never heating. The room was nothing like the photo of the Deluxe room we booked. FINALLY our last night and 3 more complaints of cold, we were given a warm room with 2 nightstands and breathing space like a tall ceiling and even a comforter that fit the bed from side to side. It even had A/C do we had heat, finally. Do not accept room 3! We asked for queit room and the person at reception at night would talk so loud he’d wake us!!!🥴 Tge SPA is super... jacuzzi, sauna and a super massage- at least there I was warm enough to take a shower😏🙄👍 That was the best!💐

Book for spa but there was no spa in function, No cleaning for the room at all days, breakfast was at 09:00 am and as a skier you need to leave hotel at 7:00 am but except from that what hotel makes a breakfast at 09:00 am??

I don’t know how people are rating this place so high. This place was awful. First and foremost, the room wasn’t ready at check in. Next, we paid for a triple and got a double with a dirty couch. I didn’t even want to put shoes on the couch. The desk and chair in the room were horrible. The chair was ripped and worn, the desk was standing with a tissue under it. There were no robes. We had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for our entire stay. They never came to clean the room, change the garbage bags, or give us fresh towels. There was a small nightstand that was never dusted. (It had cobwebs) The bed was dusty. I cleaned the room. Also, don’t get caught up on the whole spa thing. They charge you an extra fee to use it. They weren’t worth the money at all. Let me not forget that at check in they were stating that it’s not a hotel and they needed a tax ID number for us to stay. I didn’t even understand what that meant. That can’t possibly be legal. I didn’t complain to the front desk because there was no point. We were stuck there whether we liked it or not because I booked it without cancellation. It was so bad that I literally left a day early. I just wanted to get out there. The phones ring all night. They say it’s no smoking but the people that have balconies are smoking. My room stunk like cigarettes. They don’t have a reception after midnight. They give you a code and you have to tweak the door to open it. It’s NOT handicap friendly at all. The hallways are super dark. You have to use your flashlight to get to the room. I would never recommend this place. The best part was that the water wouldn’t go down when you showered. They can’t possibly state that they didn’t know. The people before must’ve said something.
