Achalm Hotel

Breakfast staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, even being willing to try making poached eggs for the first time (with perfect results 😊). Comfortable rooms, clean and modern bathrooms. Own car park, with direct access to reception and rooms. Great location for walks in the hills.

Lack of accessible (barrierefrei) rooms. For elderly people, like my 92 year old mother, the lack of handles in the bathroom was a problem - which the staff themselves acknowledged.

Great hotel with a nice view of the city; big, semi-private parking (big enough for a car with a trailer) and a garage. The hotel was clean, tidy, cocktails are good and the breakfast was also delicious. We'll definitely be coming back!

We visited in the start of September and it was quite cold outside so if the pool would be heated, it'd be wonderful!

The location is absolutely wonderful, you're in the forest near all the beautiful castles and caves. The breakfast and the buffet dinner are just incredible. The staff is very friendly and the hospitality is great! The pool is amazing, definitely a place to be!

The air-conditioning didn't work so it was difficult to sleep in a warm room, we had to keep the balcony door almost closed because you can hear all the people talking. Despite the fact that they told us we cannot have any alcohol at the poolside even not in plastic cups, there were people swimming with beer bottles. Maybe that's something you need to say at the beginning and check. Other than these 2 things, it was a great experience!

The hotel has a superb location at the top of a hill with fantastic views of Reutlingen and the surrounding area. The rooms were well-appointed and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is in a basement garage with a lift to reception and rooms

It would have been good to have a fully accessible room (especially bathroom) for those with mobility issues.

The hotel was very nice the staff was very friendly and very helpful the location of the hotel was nice with crazy view the food it was also very good with the kind staff there the pool is so relaxing with the view with less words the hotel was very very good 👌

The only thing i didn't like it was the bed i book a double bed for me and my partner and they had 2 singles beds together , and all the time we slide in the middle of the bed 😂😂😂

Room is nice- view is great! Breakfast we had trouble with as we flew in late and then in our time zone we missed it by 15 min... on Sunday it was great and had no issues - we have been here many times now

parking is always tough - we tend to stay on weekends and there are parties so parking gets too tight.. if we book a room should we not be guaranteed a parking spot?

The staff and overall facilities were excellent. Nice wellness area and check-in. View was gorgeous.

Luxury hotels depend on details. Unfortunately, details were not up to luxury standards. Cracked, cheap plastic showerhead. A robe was provided, but no slippers, so we had to either go barefoot or in our snowboots to the wellness area. We requested a quiet room, but were place very close to the elevator. These tiny details are essential for a luxury stay.

The place is lovely. The facilities are superb and the view from the pool is awesome. Everything is clean and looks brand new. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I will return

The only slight issue is finding the place ?? If your not careful you will end up in the field behind the property !! Just check beforehand.

Everything looked good, stuff was very friendly and helpful, food was good. I found really nice that they were talking in English. Also view from our room was really amazing!

I think that hotel needs a bit renovation and wellness zone could be a bit bigger.

This is unique and pleasant experience. View is beautiful, design modern .Swimming pool whith great view. Personal very friendly and helpful, I must specifically mentioned Dimitryhead of Reception, who is great Proffetional and helping during stay. Very nice, highly recommend .
