We booked this hotel for a quick 6 hour stay in-between flights and were pleasantly surprised! Fantastic staff - I called the hotel in advance to ask about the shuttle bus from the airport and the lady I spoke to answered all my questions and also sent me an e-mail with the information. When we checked-in, Alexandros at reception was super helpful. I was travelling with my toddler and had suitcases and a buggy and he took our suitcases to the room. We were Lucky Guests and got a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated, as we had more space for the baby to run in. We also got free transfer to the airport - another nice surprise! The bed was very comfortable, the room was very, very clean and the temperature just perfect. We were leaving at 4:30 and there was an Early Bird buffet available opposite reception to grab a quick snack/fruit and a drink. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook in the future.

The only thing I can think of would be to also have normal bread at the Early Bird breakfast buffet for the people who don't want to consume something as sugary as croissants (and for babies, too).

It does exactly what it’s supposed to - an airport hotel relatively near Munich airport that’s comfortable and easy. We had a family room that size-wise was fine for the night. There are two fold-our from the wall beds for the kids and a big double. There’s a kettle, coffee maker and cups and the room was quiet. Check in took quite soon time (I didn’t check in in advance using the online checkin and may be worth doing). You need to book airport shuttle in advance - 7€ pp and it’s quite a small vehicle that stops at two more hotels so was crowded even at 4am. It takes 15 mins to T1. Nice the hotel provides coffee and croissants from 4am.

If you hit the time a shuttle arrives for checkin, it could be v slow. (Not the hotel’s issue at all) but Munich airport is a 45 minute journey out of the centre - we chose to use Uber as problems with the trains and then would have had to shuttle to the hotel - with a family, the price was not that different and much easier (but expensive because of the distance)

It’s a convenient stay for the MUC airport and with the car. It is very well maintained and clean hotel chain and accommodating staff, especially the receptionists. There’s a restaurant and a small convenient store at the hotel so that’s good as there’s not much around. The breakfast had a good variety, even cooked to order eggs.

I found the overnight parking and breakfast charge a bit too high. One more tiny remark, the staff started to clean the both coffee machines at the restaurant while the guests were still having breakfast. I found it a bit annoying and out of place considering how good the rest of the experience was. Details matter.

Chose the hotel for its shuttle service to the airport and that worked well. We had been promised a light breakfast even at 4am but the check-in staff said that this was not available. After we showed her the email that had been sent to us confirming the reservation with breakfast, she went off and checked about it and said that food would be available in the lobby in the morning at that time. Not sure if she just didn't know or if that initiated a change. However, croissants and jams and fruit and coffee were made available and we were not the only ones who appreciated it. She was one of those staff types that smiled a lot and provided information only when asked/pressed - not proactive in what you would need or keen to please you. Room was quite large and appreciated as we were repacking for our trip home. Hotel is boring for a tourist looking for charm. Has all the facilities but no charm of location. Dark grey hall walls, yuck. But definitely okay for what we needed.

The location, nice bedroom, very polite, helpful, and friendly staff. It is near the airport, and you can use there shuttle that Costs 7 euros.

Airport shuttle. We came at the airport Terminal 2, bus stop 11, and when the shuttle arrived people entered in, and I asked the driver on German if he's driving to the hotel but he said "NO!" and went away. I called the hotel reception and they told me I was at the good location, and that ot was their driver. They gave me his phone number, and we waited for the next ride about 30 min. My opinion is that the driver doesn't speak German, or English, and that was the reason we were left there. After flight delays, we were so tired, and this was something very rude. They have a Wundermart shop, but only snacks.

Proximity to the airport. On-site restaurant was superb and breakfast was very good. Airport shuttle costs €5 per person but can get quite full so as we were a party of four with 6 suitcases the receptionist suggested we took a taxi instead. He booked us a large Mercedes van which cost €20 (the same as the hotel shuttle would have cost) and we had it all to ourselves.

There are quite a lot of road closures around the airport (until 2024 according to the hotel receptionist) and it was quite hard to find the hotel at first and our Sat Nav wasn’t updated to reflect the changes We suggest visitors contact the hotel for the easiest route to the hotel.

Located a short Uber ride from the airport. The hotel was modern and clean with a wonderful staff. It was sold out due to flight disruptions and the staff handled the crowds perfectly both at registration and in the restaurant. Delicious dinner buffet with a huge variety of food options and a great wine list. Breakfast buffet was also great too.

Not knowing about the road construction between the airport and the hotel. A message from the hotel with that day's detour information would have helped our Uber driver from driving in circles for a bit.

The hotel was fancier than I expected. The staff was friendly and the AC cooled the room down very nicely. Very comfortable and big bed. Good for an airport stopover. The airport shuttle came on time according to the schedule on their website. There was a bar open till late and some snacks put out for guests leaving early. Nice touches catering for people traveling early or late!

This was an excellent hotel with all the conveniences. The shuttle bus from MUC (bus stop 11) was punctual and easy to find. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and price reasonable. They have the best breakfast spread I've ever seen in any German Hotel. Value for money.

The beds were shaky and not comfortable The staff were just alright, mildly aloof. Maybe I just had too high expectations because of earlier reviews I had read. Overall still a very good experience and yes I'll definitely consider going back again.
