B&B Hotel Neu-Ulm

It is a new hotel, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the linen is very clean. Breakfast is the same every morning but there are plenty of options. The coffee is very very good.

First of all, the carpet needs a deep cleaning because it is heavily loaded with dust that gets on everything in the room. Then it lacks finer things like toothbrush cups, needle and thread, slippers, etc. The room insulation is not the best, because I could hear the next door neighbour snoring. The garage access system needs to be upgraded because sometimes it doesn't recognize the access code and it is difficult to find a solution when there is no one at the reception. The reception staff needs some training. As we are not German speakers, we had a little difficulty making ourselves understood in English. We were overcharged due to the carelessness of the receptionist for which no solution was found other than a shrug. It's relatively expensive for what it offers.

room is nice, not large but fine. very quiet and clean. breakfast was good and the price was fair. it is close to a big shopping mal, there you can spend time and eat. we had car so i don’t know how convenient is it without car to get around . we could park our car for free inside hotel which was a bonus. We were one night there to rest and continue our trip . In short words , for our purpose it was very optimal.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no central heating system, you must turn on the AC which is loud

Central location with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Being located between a busy main road and next to a large complex of student accommodation it is fairly loud. Having said that if the room's window is closed you can't hear any of the external noise.

At last a hotel with air conditioning. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. We were able to park our car at the hotel before the official book-in time.

Thre room was missing three important features that also seem to be disappearing from other hotels in Germany: a small refrigerator, a kettle and cups, basic dining utensils such as spoons and bowls.

The location is great and the access with a code instead of a physical key is perfect.

I think with 10 Euro the breakfast is to expensive. I think you get better options at a backers. All in all it's a basic bed and the rest costs extra: Parking, breakfast, dog sums up also.

New, modern and clean hotel

Upon arrival, I found a broken beer bottle in the middle of parking. I informed the receptionist about it, but nothing has been done about it... This is a quite large hotel and there is only one lift, so in the morning it may be hard to get a ride with your luggage..

Really great transit hotel near the beautiful old town of Ulm where you can have a nice meal in the evening. A big plus of the hotel is the parking garage where you can safely park your car with stuff.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Parking garage however an additional €6. Breakfast wasn't available but a near bakery just 2 km down the road, quite charming and delicious foods.

Pricing. Bit cold in the room from A/C, hard to warm up before bedtime.

Basic but very clean and comfortable rooms. Ideal for a short stay. We wanted to leave our car in Neu Ulm for six nights between two one night stays while we went to other parts of Bavaria. We e-mailed the hotel to ask if this was OK and got a quick reply confirming that it was and we would not have to pay anything. Car parking was easy and it felt safe leaving the car there. Hotel is short walk to Neu Ulm and only about 20 minutes to the centre of Ulm. Friendly and helpful staff on both our stays.

As already said, the hotel is basic but there was nothing that we did not like.
