This is a great hotel! Spacious rooms, comfortable big beds, all nice and clean. We were travelling with our almost 3 year old and booked a family room, with the idea that we will all sleep on the normal beds. The hotel proactively prepared baby cot - this one was extremely comfortable, not like with other hotels we experienced. Very good breakfast. Around the corner from the hotel, you have various restaurants to go out for dinner. Parking is right under the hotel and you are in the middle of Magdeburg, so paid parking make sense.

Yes, one of the elevators is still broken, but there are 2 more across the loby. The breakfast "tickets" are a bit funny, just give your staff updated breakfast list.

Big rooms which give a very comfortable feel. The bathrooms are clean and functional with powerful showers, which is lovely. The hotel has a 24-hour reception and a decent little fitness centre with some free weights (dumbells) a professional quality cable machine plus treadmill and an exercise bike. The pool is a lovely addition.

Breakfast could be a bit better, especially on the cooked breakfast side - eggs are disappointing!

All went well, the breakfast was excellent , the room location was good. The location of the hotel was ideal since it was just opposite the Train Station. The staff were amiable and I would encourage them to keep it up!

I have no issues with the hotel in general. In the room, it would be good if they supplied bathroom slippers to enable customers access the facilities. The lighting system in the room would be good to improve by including a reading lamp.

Central location; has paid parking; spacious rooms; clean and comfortable. There is a pool and fitness room in the hotel, which we did not use as we had a short over-night stay.

Nothing major, but one of the elevators was out of order and so the waiting time was longer to use the functioning one in the side of building we were staying. There was a queue for the check-in desk throughout the afternoon and even in late evening. Perhaps the number of personnel can be increased? Breakfast price a bit steep, and we had an early check-out, so we ended up skipping the breakfast.

just one elevator working in a hotel with so many floors and rooms. Just one bathrobe in the room and you had to go all the way to the reception to get a second one. Took 20 minutes due to the broken elevator. Swimming pool seems to be dirty or with broken tiles when looking at the floor. breakfast with really bad coffee. Quality of food served is quite low.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

There were only two sockets in the room. Even though in the accommodation description was written “view”, the only thing we could see from the window, was the opposite building. Well, it is still kind of a view, but the description is definitely misleading.

Great location, very close to many attractions. The room was large with very comfortable large bed. Walking distance to shopping center. The hotel has own underground parking- very convenient 👌 👏.

The water in the swimming pool was unfortunately very cold, maybe they can not use so much energy any more to heat up the water.😉 There were some people they enjoyed swimming in this water 💧 🤗 The refrigerator was empty, unfortunately- not one single bottle with water.

The hotel is big and has a nice atmosphere. It also has a great location just a few minutes away from the central station. The room had a good size and was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options with fresh fruit, bread and eggs, with plenty of space to sit and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The central hall could have had a bit more light and there was a big line to do the check in, so they could provide more staff in case there are many guests coming at the same time to do the process a bit faster.

Nice staff at Bar and Breakfast. Cleaning is also very good. Internet connection was quite good.

If you arrive late to the hotel you might find the front door closed (quite unexpected). You don't see any kind of door bell or something like this, you have to call to reception to open it for you. Second time also, because I didn't have the reservation prior of the arrival they refuse to open the door to have check in: I arrived at 4 AM. For a 4* hotel at this level ... I solved the issue, I crossed the street and checked in at another hotel who welcomed me at 4:20 AM and gave me the room on spot with checkout on next day. Another issue was with booking itself: I made a reservation for entire week, they saw just first 3 days and on third day they called me insistent for leaving the room ..

We had a room for 4 and it was incredible. Big and very cousy. The pool and sauna area is really nice and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is overall very old and not so modern. Elevators don't work properly and the carpets throughout our floor were old and dirty. I would definitely say that this hotel needs some renovations.
