Good location, perfect indoor pool. Sauna. We liked the breakfast and the bar which is open after dinner, so 21:00-01:00. Friendly staff. Clean. Great view on the town. It was calm and quiet as it appears it is good for families who cared about their children and they were acting nicely.

Limited staff, we had to look for receptionists to check in and to grab a tower for the pool. It would be good to refresh the rooms a bit and some fan or ventilation/venting in the bathroom

The breakfast room had a sunny terrace and the breakfast intself was very nice. The rooms were very large and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The views from the rooms (9th floor) were amazingly fantastic. The location itself is beautiful in a nice part of town.

The Entry into the hotel is not that nice unfortunately as it looks poorly maintained. I think the hotel should spruce up the maintenance. The lift buttons dont work well etc. WIth a little bit of love the hotel Foyer and Entry area could be very modern and charming. Also the Bathroom could do with a basic ammenity pack or at least a card that says available on request.

Actually I arrived at this hotel very late time during night, but the front desk people are very friendly to remind me every details . The room is very clean and big, with a super nice viewing of the city scene ! There is also a super nice bathtub in the bathroom. With some green tea, red tea and coffee available. I must say I love it!

Nice room and location, we had a very nice view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and check in was uncomplicated, very clean facilities and enough parking spaces.

I asked for a surprise for my boyfriend which was left unanswered. The balcony door was difficult to open/close which we reported to the reception.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had an early check-in and it was no problem at all. The location is great for getting into the city centre. And there’s Süße plenty of free parking. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The 24/7 presence of staff made our late night arrival very easy and fast. The rooms are comfy and large enough for a couple. We received a room at the 9th floor, giving us a nice view and comfortable stay. The Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Breakfast was OK, but the sandwiches weren't crunchy and the bacon wasn't properly fried/extremely greasy. Besides that, there really wasn't anything to complain about.

I have been to this Hotel quite a few times when visiting friends who live close by. Unfortunately, we have never had time to test out the wellness area. But the rooms are always clean. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast has everything that you need. Free parking is also a great plus.

my room has a ling size bed+extra small bed+antoher small bedroom…I think they assigned me the wrong room or forgot to remove the extra bed that was in the corridor. Kettle was missing…but the glass cover stays…so I think the room preparation was weak.Windy was too noisy in the balcony.

Restaurant has only 3-4 items in the menu so very limited if staying for longer.
