Comfy bed , balcony in the room , good central location, free coffee machine available at the reception.

No gym or sauna available during my stay ( I wasn’t I formed about that prior booking ) No Coffe machine or fridge in the room ( coffee machine accessible at the reception . Staff , although friendly , not all speaking English.

To be honest I was really scared after reading other people's reviews. Yes, sure the decoration and furniture need updating, but what would one expect at such cheap price? The location was the best, just 300 meters from the centre, our room had a big balcony with views overlooking the river. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable.

The temperature is very low at night and the blanket is too thin The bathroom is too small to turn around Going out of the parking lot requires taking one coin at a time, which is not very convenient

Great location, with a great environment and infrastructure. Best people from the Manager Mr Miguel to the receptionists Emmanuel, Nadine and Philipp to the greatest of all Daniel. We spent four nights and we companied short vacation and educational trip.

Misunderstanding with the Taxi Station for providing us the right service

Location of the hotel may be the best in this city. Staffs service are quite good. The color of the furnitures are bright and windows are large. They gave us very clean impressions.

Some of the equipments ware not working well. Of course the front staff offered me to change the room immediately.

The location was great, just a short walk from the Altstadt Lanshut. we had a great room with a beautiful view on the church. very good breakfast with a great variety. nice and friendly staff with check in and check out.

I requested an extra pillow but they couldn’t help because housekeeping left already.

Lovely hotel and nice clean comfortable room. The local area was really nice and peaceful by the river with a short walk to shops and restaurants

The staff generally were lovely but the bar person wasn't overly happy as we were a larger group of people. Some were a little loud but he it was evident he wasn't happy when we were at the bar area

The hotel is just a short walk from the town centre. We were able to park in the hotel car park for no extra charge. The room was modern, spacious with no unnecessary frills. There was an excellent breakfast buffet which even included mini Weisswurscht. The breakfast room boasts a view over the river which is a lovely way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There wasn‘t anything I did not like about the property

Rooms were great, as was the river view. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff were really helpful especially organising our airport transfers and storing our luggage. Excellent location for the town. Will be going back and would recommend to others too.

I would have liked to have had a restaurant in the hotel

Excellent location, wide selection on breakfast buffet, close to transportation, old city and restaurants within easy walking distance

our "river view" room was blocked by trees, room needed dusting & floor swept
