Staff is really friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. We got a cheap parking space at the hotel. TV is big in the room. We got to rent free bikes (though they were old and didn't work well) Location is very good.

On booking.com the deluxe room said it had a view on the river. Our room didn't, so that was a bit of a dissapointed. We would have been replaced but the hotel was full. The staff was friendly on this topic. Wifi was really bad, we used our phone hotspot. We didn't get a single bed as is shown in many pictures. These were 2 separate beds against each other, which is not that nice for a couple.

The location is excellent, with a Greek, Italian and Turkish restaurant within a few minutes walk, and the cathedral and shops straight across the bridge. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice.

The only problem is the street noise in the front rooms, the hotel has made an effort to sound proof, but it’s not a problem if you wear ear plugs and the room was very comfortable otherwise.

Easy to get to the train station, with a tram stop right outside the door. Owner Manfred welcomed me warmly, warning that his last room was the smallest, and tiny it was, with a tiny bathroom, but clean, and it had what I needed. Excellent breakfast in the morning, with pastries, fresh berries, salmon and charcuterie, cheeses, anything to make anyone happy.

All good, even with the tiny room.

I reserved the double room for my friends who are a couple. They're satisfied with everything of the stay in the hotel.

There is a nice view from the double room to the Rhine. Nonetheless, it faces the side where the metro drives though. My friends told me that it was completely quiet with door to the balcony and window completely closed, I'm not quite sure whether that's really the truth or they just wanted me to have no worry about it.

Kind and helpful staff, good location. Everything is close by walk. It is on halfway between downtown and Lanxess Arena. A lot of fruits for breakfast. Interesting interior design.

It is no problem just a fact: there is still key for the room. I missed the air conditioner when it was 30 degrees outside.

As I was the only guest having breakfast on the day, staff was really accomodating and prepared light version to have at hotel, before I left to airport, plus couple of sandwiches I could take with me. Hotel easy to find, located pretty much in walking distance to sightseeing points and public transport. Very friendly staff.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Good location, room had a small balcony with a nice view. Very clean, huge wall mounted TV set. Parking on premises.

No fridge in the room. Very limited choice of TV channels. Average WiFi. Price too high.

Very nice and stylish rooms. The owner very nice and positive guy with an unlimited coffee supply. Very good buffet breakfast.

Receptionist attitude "no one else complained, you are the first one...".

Polite, accommodating and friendly staff. Good clean rooms and a nice breakfast to get you started for the day. Highly recommended!
