The room was large and airy. The location was absolutely perfect for us, and, I certainly intend returning there again.

We really didn't like the shower being within the bedroom. To make it worse, the glass on the shower was clear, which gave no privacy at all. It would have been a simple matter to have made the glass opaque with a different frosted glass or film. My daughter-in-law's German grandparents have also expressed their dislike of it as they've stayed in the same hotel, possibly the same room? I'm not sure if they're all like this.

We booked a big spacious room and were given an extra bed with a comfortable mattress for our 6 you for free. There was also a complementary bottle of water waiting for us in the room and a few capsules of coffee. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas fair in December, as the city center is just a short walk away.

Our room had a wide opening in the wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Not a big deal but when you travel with a family I'd rather have at least a window with curtains or something.

everything is nearby, the staff were super nice, the room was big and clean. a lot of privacy and respectful guests. the hotel was so quite.

I would prefer if the balconies were separated which adds more privacy if there was part-ions between each room in the balcony, which will let us enjoy setting there and enjoying the view in more privacy. the tv must be updated as we couldn’t use it, neither on internet or connect our phones.

Should provide extra pillows and also indicate to guests the orientation of the room that is going to be occupied so as to give customer the option to request a room that faces in a different way.

Light switch for the toilet is outside so that you wake up the other person during the night.

room/bed comfort, big shower, breakfast available was exeptional staff was friendly and helpful

every 2-3 hrs free wi-fi crushed/shut down and need to reconnect with all procedures again, really uncomforteable when watching online movie

The hotel acceded to all my advance requests for a quiet room, so 10/10 for that. Nice view over the canal. Pleasant bar, terrace and breakfast area. Air conditioning which you could switch off at night and it made no noise.

Only one tiny thing and that was the pillows, could've been doing with more as were very flat

The location was superb!, the room was very clean and the baby bed was ready for him, they also have a charger for electric cars right outside, super helpful! And the restaurant has really fair prices. Will def come back

It was all perfect.

Modern look and feel.

Many guests cars occupied two parking slots in their underground garage, therefor sometimes difficult to find a parking slot by end of the day.

clean and tidy, lovely breakfast and in a good location for restaurants etc

it says Gym.. This didn’t exist ? one tiny room with 3 pieces of equipment
