Fantatstic view over the sea from our top floor spacious sea-view room. Very friendly check - in. Nice pool! The hotel has a wonderfun location.

Hotel needs investment - everything was "tired" including the towels! We were not provided with any information about restaurant opening times and had to ask for robes to enable us to use the swiming pool. No information about the restaurant (including menu) in our room. We "accidentally" dined there on our final night becasue we couldn't get into the nearby SeeBar (not part of the hotel). Our main course was delicious, as was the wine, but our dirty plates were not removed. We were forced to place our dirty plates on a nearby table. The delivery of the food to our table was excellent but we were not asked if we wanted a dessert or coffee. Some service training required. Buffet breakfast wasn't topped up frequently.

Very family friendly hotel. They prepared the kids beds (twin and cot) in accordance with their ages prior to our arrival so and without prompting. The family room was very spacious and breakfast was good.

We had to childproof the room as our two year old could easily escape. The door to the room had an easy lock/unlock button he could reach and push. The two doors to the balcony could also easily be opened. Our solution was to block these three doors with the heavy chairs provided in the room. It worked!

First of all, the hotel itself is really beautiful and the location, as it is close to the centre .

Although the receptionist was friendly but at the beginning we had to wait for the check in ( came late around 22:00)but no one appeared until we called the number that was at reception‘s .

I liked location, room comfort, food, reception stuff politeness and helpfulness.

I didn’t appreciate the cleaning ladies making too much noise in the early morning, smashing and banging everything (on the 4th floor). Also, cleaning ladies entered twice by mistake in my room in the morning around 8 and 9 am, even though I was living room that day and I had time until 11. Also they didn’t leave toiletries in junior suit where i stayed.

We had a pleasant short family vacation - my wife, me and our toddler. The room was very spacious, clean and we were provided with a crib for the toddler. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable!

Not that it was a big deal, but we expected a warmer water in the pool. The tiny toddler stayed only a few minutes in and was shivering. It was not a big issue for us though. We just used the pool once.

Make sure to choose a room with seaview; the view is exquisite! It is also worth to take your breakfast at the restaurant as it is super value for the money.

Other guests can be quite noisy when coming back from a night in town...

Too expansive food in restaurant. We had to drive to Other restaurants.

Nice position, not so far from Kiel city center, with an amazing view on the seafront. We got a spaceous room with two sides exposure. Good level of cleanless.

Nice location near the water and city forest.

I think despite the fact that only vaccinated people can enter the hotel a mask mandate should be kept to further reduce the virus spread. The stuff told me that I don't need to wear the mask. For my own security I would have preferred if the whole stuff and guests keep wearing masks.
