Styles Hotel Frankfurt Airport

If You're stuck at the airport and considering to spend a night outside do not even think about objects nearby. Make booking at Styles Hotel and try to find out when their shuttle bus will pick you up (Terminal 1, B Gate 5/6 Arrival or Terminal 2 E9 between 5:50 and 22:20). Comparing with a taxi - much better choice. The hotel offer very nice standard, have a restaurant offering good and fresh food. Beer is crafted so totally different than industrial. I was wondering if the distans from the airport runway could be problematic - no way, condn't hear any sound from the outside, despite of this nice view on the chanel full of barges transporting goods. Varied breakfast in the morning just on time and one mor happy stay checked.

Quiet, super tidy, welcome place to stay. Stylish rooms A/C works good Good breakfast 6.00-9.30 (eggs, sausage, veggies, fruit, yogurt, musli, bread, cheese and ham varieties etc) Restaurant closes at 10pm (actually 9.30pm!) Shuttle runs both ways from T1/T2, BUT on a strict schedule: 5.30, 6.30, 7.30…10.30, then there will be a break until 4.30pm. Last shuttle is at 10.20pm from T1

No coffee machine in the room! Just soap in the bathroom 1 pillow per person The restaurant starts shutting down at 9.15-9.30pm, so make sure you ate on the way to the hotel (nothing around the Styles like shops or restaurants). Don’t forget to take a Shuttle access card at check in and list yourself for a pick up!:)

The availability of the shuttle to and from the airport. Local busses 2 blocks away. Local ice-cream and restaurants across the river. The availability (except Sunday) to eat breakfast and dinner in the hotel-attached bar/restaurant. Good food! The ability to go for a walk along the river.hotel view from river is better than from front. Very clean! Friendly staff, willing to learn. Sundays...walk 30 minutes to Ristorante-Pizzeria Tramonto across river...nice walk, good food and service!

The main floor lighting of the hotel needs improvement towards the outside. Day and night - it does not look open as all the main floor windows are dark. It is hard to see there is a restaurant from outside. From the inside one is not told about the restaurant at welcoming, and from the reception area, one does not see the restaurant because of the breakfast area: tell your guests there is a restaurant, and promote the meal and beer of the day. The staff need training in food service, products, greeting customers, knowing their responsibilities, and management in the restaurant. The craft brew beers need to be promoted to the public and local businesses. This place should be hopping with local and foreign business!

#1 = Location for me in the context of my trip was wonderful. I needed to be close to the airport for an early morning departure. #2 = FREE Shuttle bus provided by hotel TO airport and FROM airport. And those staying at the hotel can use the shuttle on the available times to go to the airport and from there, pick up a train or bus to go into Frankfurt downtown or other places they need to be. #3 = The room I was in was wonderful. It was NOT standard Europe style — it was very modern, clean, and the fixtures and furniture were very well-appointed.

#1 = Distance from everything else — there’s nothing around the hotel — there’s no convenience stores or any other shop that I know of — however, the hotel has a small convenience store section in the lobby. #2 = I wish the hotel operated the free shuttle in the hours between 12 noon and 4 PM. #3 = An earlier 5 AM bus to the airport would be a plus #4 = There was no phone in my room. I’m not sure if this is the case for all rooms or just mine. But I would have wanted to set a wake-up call aside from my phone alarm clock.

the free hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. our two single beds were comfortable and we slept quite soon after checking in. the hotel staff were kind in letting us change our time slot for the shuttle heading towards the airport, on the morning itself. i filled in an online check-in form prior to our arrival so we were able to check in relatively quick.

outside where the shuttle buses stopped there was a sign with a list of hotel shuttle buses, but i didn't see styles hotel listed. despite this the shuttle came on time so it was alright in the end. the lobby is a bit small so it was quite cramped when we reached around the same time as many other guests.

The hotel location styling and decor are wonderful and the prices are extremely moderate for the area. The nearby parking was something that was difficult to find in the area and the staff were courteous, polite and attentive. The room met all my needs and the view of the Main River Locks from my window was a nice bonus. I did not take advantage of the on-site restaurant but the diners there appeared to be enjoying their meals.

As with many Americans I prefer my water cold and I would have liked an on-site ice machine. I was able to get one glass of ice from the hotel restaurant to take back to my room but it was quite apparent this was an exceptional service. But this is a minor item; in all the important ways the hotel was everything I wished it would be, and the staff was very accommodating and supportive.

I stayed at the hotel for only a night, as I had a long layover. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and I had a wonderful meal at their brewery restaurant (they stayed open thirty minutes past closing time to accommodate three hungry travelers!). The free shuttle to and from the airport was a welcome amenity, especially considering my late arrival.

There was a small amount of outside noise that I experience early in the morning. However, I am nitpicking at this point—the noise was not enough to disturb my sleep.

The bed was comfortable. The location was neat - close to walking trail and the river lock as well as a little neighborhood with a park and places to buy food from local restaurants. Food at the hotel was good.

The temperature in the room was not adjustable so it was a bit warm and the comforter was small. Also, the taxi company that was called for me did not take credit cards and charged me an exorbitant amount of Euros to drive 10 minutes to the airport. Because the car said "taxi" on the outside, I did not think to ask how much it cost. I thought there would be a ticker but there was not. I think he just made up a price. I should have had him take me back to the hotel.

Reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. comfortable rooms. Excellent bar with its own brewery meaning great beer! Good restaurant.

Air conditioning in the room wasn’t cool enough, but ok. They need to improve their bus shuttle service to the airport. I was unable to get one for the time I needed (in the middle of the day!!) as the service stops for two or three hours! Ridiculous, & quite unacceptable!! this was the key reason I booked the hotel. I was forced to take a more expensive taxi.

Clean, modern large room with sitting area and good size bathroom . Elevator and sound insulation , and Air conditioning that worked well and is individually controlled .

No street parking overnight - must pay for garage next door . We had a very early flight so did not have breakfast . Hotel shuttle bus is free to hotel but charges about 5 euro per person for the airport drop .
