Corona measures were followed properly and it made the stay feel very comfortable! One suggestion would be for the future (after the stronger corona rules go away) it might be a good idea to keep the household limit in the SPA area. Right now it was max 3 rooms at once, and you had to schedule. I imagine max 6 rooms with scheduling would allow everyone to enjoy the spa area. Great place! Will definitely return here.

This was a minor issue, but the hot water pressure was not so great (6th floor). The cold water was perfectly fine. We had to increase the water flow during showering in order to warm up the water, but the higher the water flow, the more uncomfortable the shower becomes.

Great location, staff very friendly and proactive! Bed super comfortable, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The bathtub plug didn't close, meaning the water kept draining whilst having a bath. I also thought the note 'warning' you not to take the bathroom products home, or you'll be charged, felt quite cheap for a hotel of this rate and standing.

Hotel and service are amazing, breakfast is legendary and most of all delicious and beautifully arranged. Bar is also great to have a nice drink after walking around the beautiful city of Hamburg. In terms of location great access to the subway and if you just want to wonder around it has perfect location a bit hidden from the city centre craziness but at the same tame you walk by and you're there:)

- amazing location with walking distance to everything in the city - very friendly staff - great rooftop terrasse which is accessible 24/7 even though drinks are unfortunately only served until 7 pm - nice design, both in the rooms as well as all other areas - spa area and gym - good bar on the ground floor - very comfortable beds

- bathroom and toilet don't have a proper door but only sliding doors - rooms didn't have a separate shower but only a shower in the bathtub - construction site right outside the window (didn't bother us on the weekend but could during the week)

I loved this hotel. All is very good: staff very friendly and professional, amazing decorations, excellent pool and sauna, spectacular speed of free internet and an elegant meat restaurant (one of the best of the city) and very good location.

Everything. I really loved the design of the hotel. Great location, nice terrace, nice wellness area, comfortable bad, big bath tube. You get your privacy during your stay and it is a perfect place to relax.

The only thing was the lightning system…to find how to switch off the light in the bathroom, but after searching I found the magic button haha.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Hannah in particular was very helpful and professional at check in and then follow up during and upon check out on my hotel experience. I had dinner at the property and would recommend the unique approach to tartare as an appetizer and the steaks were tender and flavorsome.

I loved the hotel, my room and the spa/gym area. The staff was excellent and very helpful, some of the best staff I experienced in a hotel. the lighting system in the room was rather unnecessarily complicated and I wish the rooms were equipped with an iron (that being said I was immediately helped with both). I will definitely make this my regular stay when in Hamburg.

At walking distance from the train from the airport and from the conference center, with lots of restaurants and caffees close by. The staff were great as was the room.

The fact that at the rate of a superior room breakfast is not included is annoying.
