Quiet location, staff were really friendly and very helpful. Suited our requirements. Room had a fridge which was very useful as the weather was quite hot so could keep our drinks cold. Plenty of coat hanging space and cupboard full of shelves for clothing. There was a safe in the room as well. Continental breakfast was very nice and all produce was fresh.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only one soft quite saggy pillow per bed and no extras in the room. Shower head was blocked up with lime scale so not spraying very well (husband cleaned it out and then it was a great shower). Attention to detail when cleaning the rooms, some small issues, shower head, spill marks on tiles in bathroom and on door to Juliet balcony also found a sock in corner behind curtain.

The location is very good, easy to reach from S Bahn, 10 minutes on foot. Very peaceful and nice neighborhood. The room was nice and clean.
There was no AC, only a fan, so the temperature was high in the room in some parts of the day. One thing that was strange is that there is no personnel in the hotel after 4-5 PM. So we weren't able to ask anyone about the sauna or gym, and we weren't able to find them on our own.

Room had a slight odour, as if previously a smoking room. Wasn’t terrible, but didn’t smell fresh and welcoming.

The place is very nice and quiet. The photos does not make justice. There is edeka express in the corner. Overhall the place was good, not sure why it has a low rating. Maybe consider how to arrive, cause public transportion in Munich is not so accurate. The room has a fridge.

Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds with high quality cotton sheets and duvet. Good late check in system. Very close to bus 2 mins to Sbahn. 20 mins to Munich. Nice public swimming pool right beside it. Handy and good value.
