Good service level at reception, restaurant and breakfast buffet. Quality of the food is excellent at the restaurant though diversity is limited.

would be nice to enlarge the diner menu for having more diversity or changing menu more frequently from day to day or week to week. Also for non german speaker, would be nice to see wall posting info in english. In the room, the glass in the shower is too small, therefore water is wetting the floor easily with the risk of slipping when coming out.

Everything! This hotel was honestly outstanding. We booked what they call a 'Family Suite' so we had a little hallway, bathroom, bedroom and sitting room with a sofa bed which sleeps two. The minibar was included in the price...we didn't realise at the time of booking so it was a very welcome and pleasant surprise when the lovely lady at check-in told us. Sauna and gym are great and the hotel is very clean altogether. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our breakfast was delicious! Thank you so much for the most perfect stay :)

Lady at reception was polite.

Man at reception was rude and unprofessional. I paid my parking and meals at the tablet that they have in each room. The amount was charged from my account, which i checked just to be sure. Two hours after we had left the hotel i recieved call from the receptionist accusing me to have left the hotel witout paying. I tried to tell that i had paid and checked that the payment was charged from my account. He did not lissen. He just accused me and rised his voise. Finally i managed to tell him that i send a copy of my receipt of the payment by e-mail which i did. Following day i recieved an apology of their behaviour as for some raeson their system did not work properly.

I’m happy and lucky that I chose the place for my family to stay. The location is very convenient. There are close playground, supermarket and restaurant. Staff are super nice. The hotel is fairly new style with very fast internet. The room is very clean, everything is comfortable and well designed. Very good breakfast.

we travelled only for one night when crossing Germany but we would even stay longer. super comfortable, exceptionally clean, our suite was very spacious, with minibar treats. we didn’t use any of the amenities of the hotel due to time constraints but we dined in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. healthier and modern twist to traditional german cuisine. staff was exceptionally friendly. the breakfast was amazing. i can’t say anything negative.

The personal of the hotel was very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Joachim at the reception! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good: pancakes, cheese, sausages, eggs, omelets, vegetables, and fruits. The juice and coffee from the coffee machine were also tasty. The sauna was quite hot with an excess to the outside area on the roof, bathrobe and towels were provided. By bus to the center or train station just 5-7 min, the bus station is 2 min away from the hotel. Close to the hotel, there is a nice Chinese restaurant! Also, a "must visit" place close to the hotel - wold wide famous cemetery!

The kind receptionist who spoke Danish and the lady waiter in the bistro. The availability of a closed garage. The breakfast.

There was a very limited menu in the bistro/restaurant. The decor is impersonal and does not quite live up to other 4 star (Radisson) hotels. But these are minor issues. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Good hotel a few minutes' drive from the center by car. Good parking and hotel garage. Nice restaurant and sufficient breakfasts. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks for kindness and help on Easter Monday afternoon given us by Front Desk Person. Next day, when we have to stay one night more in Göttingen I have no doubt in choice of hotel thanks to great Staff.

Very clean and modern. Great location just off of the A4 Autobahn. Pet friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The breakfast selection wasn’t great compared to other hotels we have stayed in whilst travelling through Germany.

Most meat products are from pork, so it’s for non-pork-eating people a bit limited. And the shower is half open design, so the room will be easily wet after taking a shower.
