Great location, huge rooms, very good restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. Amazing value for money. They had a nice gym and spa (spa not included), parking giving access straight to the hotel. Located on a corner of the main street with restaurants and shops, in front of train station, and yet quite calm.

More toiletries would have been nice for a 4-star hotel. They only had the "hair - body - face wash" big bottle attached to the wall, this looks very cheap. The gym could have offered water and air conditioning (really hot inside).

Very modern, beautifully decorated, literally in front of the train station, so you don't have to walk a lot or take a taxi. The way to the thermal waters is about 20 minutes walking.

The beds are way too soft. But maybe also a thing for one selbst to determine. Spa not included and with a price of around 65€ pro hour Breakfast repetitive, ALWAYS the same, they never changed a thing

Euskirchen is not a nice town to stay; breakfast is crowded, too few seatings and not very extensive; Guests are a little too empathic encouraged to book directly; Parking garage is charged additionally and expensive (€24,- for two nights)

The room was extremely big, it could easily hold 4 king beds. The bathroom had everything what you can dream of: a separate toilet, shower, bath, double sink, enough towels, but had no personal care items, except a bottle of hand wash and in the shower a bottle of shower wash.

Some basic personal care items would be a good start.

Exceptionally confortable room. Large and restful. Luxurious bathroom. Staff were excellent: they extended my parking till the end of the next day without being asked. It's those little touches that make a difference.

The underfloor heating in the bathroom was stuck on high temperature and the stand-up shower was out of order. But the one in the bath worked fine and in fairness to the hotel there had recently been serious floods in the city so you have to expect a few minor issues.

Nice staff, spacious room, parking directly underneath the hotel and a good breakfast buffet

Euskirchen itself is not that exciting, but a good base to visit the eiffel!

The location, stuff, the bathroom really everything

On a day they were fully booked, they put only one person in the reception, who was also handling the phone call. As a result long queue!

Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Excellent food and service. Possibility to park right under the hotel with direct access to the lobby.

The hotel is not to blame, but the city center is in a bad condition. A lot of empty shops. Sad
