The hotel staff were friendly! The room size was perfect and the location was amazing. No issues whatsoever with the hotel or anything at all. We arrived on New Years Eve and the staff showed us around and gave us all the best places to visit. Parking was not an issue either althought it is first come first served. The distance from neighbouring cities was great, we travelled to Cologne, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Belgium whilst staying in Dusselfdorf as the hotel was in the centre and all the countries were 2 hours away! Will definitely visit again!

Everything was great!

- Very good location, 2 minutes from the U-Bahn (then 2 stops to the Old Town) or a 12-15 minute walk. - Excellent, strong Wi-Fi. - Rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed. - Breakfast was very good. Good set up and range of items. - Bar and Sauna an added bonus. - Staff: Best thing about this hotel from start to finish. Terrific advance communications, helpful advice to assist the late arrival of our large group. Then excellent service from all staff - but especially Sharif on our arrival and both Alicia on Friday and Mr. Jarzabek on Saturday and Sunday. Service was exceptional, and our group felt very welcomed throughout our stay.

Staff were very freindly and helpful. It was nice and peaceful. Breakfast was really nice. Location excellent and parking a must have good point.

It would have been nice to have aircon in my room. It would be good to be able to book the parking in advance to ensure this is a definate.

Visited for the Lady Gaga concert, a really nice blonde lady checked us in and got us even more hyped up for the gig! Really friendly service and we also got upgraded to a suite for free! Hotel is located right in front of the DM and the supermarket which we also loved

No airco in the room and at times it got quite loud due to the location, however that was expected

The room was really big with a very comfortable bed. Very clean also very nice bathroom. Possibility to open the windows, the coffee, thea, and water in the room. Very good location close to the train station and in the city centre. Very friendly staff!

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Bed is comfy and it's only a 20 min walk to the old town. The receptionist got us taxis and was very helpful. The cleaning lady was also very friendly. Good value for money!

The elevator was out of order at one point and the decor is slightly old fashioned.

Hotel is really close to the city centre and there is an underground right beside the hotel so its really easy to get around. The hotel is nice and quiet at night. Room was warm, clean and spacious. The staff were excellent and so friendly. It's perfect for a city break.

What a lovely hotel! I would rate customer service 11/10! Communication via Booking and directly at the hotel was absolutely great, really helpful, resourceful and with a smile. We were lucky enough to find a parking lot directly in front of hotel for free (on weekends it's for free). The room itself was great, a lot of space, sparkling clean, you had everything you needed, there was also a fridge in the room. We went there for a wedding, the late check out option was just perfect for us. Would gladly go there again!

The room has quite a view, I spent my first afternoon just chilling in. There are big mirrors, which is great, a minibar, and a wardrobe. There’s no air conditioner in my room, but the weather gets colder every night so it’s not a big deal. Open the window in the morning, and there comes fresh air. Things in the room are clean and the bed is comfortable. What impressed me is that the room has different types of electrical sockets, it’s very convenient for foreign guests. The staffs are friendly. It’s ok for a short trip.

The bathroom is quite clean yet old-fashioned, and the sink has this smell that I can sense every now and then. But I can see there is a cleaner who comes making up the room daily. Furthermore the hotel is further from the center rather than I expected, but it’s fine just walking to and from there and there’s no need to take the tram or bus.
