Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel Darmstadt

Huge beautiful & very clean Hotel . Great location bus stop is 2 mins walk , Tram 4 mins walk 22 mins walk to Luisenplatz . Rooms are very clean and tidy and size is very convenient , Breakfast is good. Staff are very polite and helpful 👍. Thank you Best Western 😊

The only problem that we faced was the WIFI , it was not working properly during our whole stay (3 days ) but in fact it was a minor issue for us . But I guess it's not for others specially who are her for Business.

Very comfortable and clean room with excellent facilities provided. Really comfy bed. The location of the hotel is also good, close to tram station (only 2 minutes walk) and close to Darmstadt main railway station. Garage at the hotel with a price of 18 Euros/day.

There was nothing we didn' t like, everything was perfect! Unfortunately, we could not visit the spa during our stay because of renovation works.

The room was simply perfect. Very good bed, bathroom and amenities. Also, i had a quite room whithc is really good to enjoy a good night of sleep.

The breakfast, i think for the price (+18€), i expected a little bit more choice or quality. There was a lack of options, and many things were missing, like simply the croissants... Also, the restaurant was closed so needed to guy outside to buy something to eat... But i'll give the whole breakfeast experience, a 14/20

Clean rooms and nice design. The breakfast was very good and it starts at 6 o'clock, just in time for people starting the job earlier in the morning.

The room was on the side with the train tracks, I couldn't sleep well because of the noise during the night. The room situated on that side should be at a lower price or clear stipulated during the booking process.

* The staff members are friendly and helpful. The cleanness is very good. * It is close to the main train station. * Breakfast has variety and several dishes.

* It is located near the rail trail where keep hearing the noise of trains. During night, the sound is more audible. * I have been to Urban House Copenhagen, where it is cheaper and the value for money is higher. * The room lighting is not bright enough.

The hotel is good, situated right near the railway station. The room was well equipped, spacious and clean. Bed was clean and very comfortable.

Unfortunately the toilet smelled like sewage. We flushed water several times, even thought the smell was very noticeable in the morning. Windows look directly onto the railways tracks, you can barely hear anything when windows are closed, but on the other hand, it’s not possible to open them at night. For one night it was ok, but we would not like to stay in the hotel longer.

The location is easy to find and parking is available on site. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was amazing. There is a big selection of good food for breakfast.

That part of town by the hotel did not have sidewalks or an interesting neighborhood to see if you went out for a walk. My room was next to busy train tracks, so it was pretty noisy - even with the windows closed.

Staff friendly and helpful, nice bathroom, enough space in room, relaxing atmosphere. Machines to get snacks or daily necessities in the lobby. Tap water drinkable. Close to stations.

Breakfast was good, but not excellent. Quality of orange juice poor, Bread choice & Cappucino just ok. But enough to choose from. Sometimes rumbling noise from trains, but this is due to the closeness of the main station.

Breakfast was ok - not more. No surprise. The same as in any other hotel. Room was good. Clean - it was clean.

There was no check in before 3 p.m. Breakfast - more love, more energy, more empathy. No bar, no wellness.

The staff was alright, and the room was just like in the pictures, pretty nice.

Our room was oriented to the railway, and you could hear the trains passing by, despite the fact that we stayed on the 7th floor. We received some earplugs, but it was a bit uncomfortable.
