Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Public transport (tram to city centre) only a 3 min walk. Free car parking at the rear of the hotel. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely nice. I arrived later in the afternoon and they made me feel welcome + provided all relevant information into the surroundings. As I was travelling for business meetings, they offered to waive the city tourist tax. They also helped with my laundry, which I needed fast before continuing the journey. The hotel is located just about 1km from the Museum Koenig Station (Tram 66 coming straight from the Central Station), and just in front you have also connection to the tram network of the city. The town is quite nice, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants very close by. Internet was fast, which was helpful as I was having meetings and calls during the time there.

Nice little hotel with friendly check-in staff at reception. We were allowed to check-in slightly earlier than the allocated time which was a bonus as it meant we could spend more time in the centre of Bonn. Room was downstairs and initially seemed a little stuffy but we left the windows open all night and it turned out to be nice and cool. Shame that no tea/coffee facilities were available in the room. Beds comfortable. Shower nice and powerful. Good parking available too for our motorcycles.

Sometimes it's nice to have tea and coffee facilities for basic refreshments.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, the rooms are big, the bathroom is spacious. I really liked this hotel. It is located in a quiet area full of beautiful houses. I arrived quickly in the center either by tram, bus or personal car. The breakfast was good and varied. They have a parking space in the inner courtyard of the hotel and if there were no more spaces, they let us park in the spaces in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice and spoke English.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a large room with 2 double beds as we were 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The shower in particular was really nice with a lot of water pressure. The location was great for us as we were only staying 1 night on our way through Bonn. There is a grocery closeby with decent operating hours, this was great for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was a standard hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurts, bread, meat, cheeses and vegetables. Of course coffee and juice as well. The dining area was clean and there were attendants always cleaning or restocking items. Overall it was a great stay.

The only downside we found was the parking. The entry to the parking is very very small and you can see where a lot of people have sit the sides. It is tall enough but our VW T6 van wouldn't fit. I would have liked to know this prior to coming. Luckily there is some street parking and we were able to find a place closeby. Also, the kids were disappointed that a lot of the channels on the television were locked such as Nick Jr. There were plenty of radio and news channels though.

The hotel is conveniently situated - not too far from Bonn center for those who may want a more residential German neighborhood feel but still be able to visit the center to enjoy the Xmas market and the night life. The breakfast is excellent with lots of healthy, fresh options. Hugely recommend it! The staff is extremely helpful and went all the way and beyond to help me out when the adapter I had wouldn't work. I had a beer pleasant stay and will be back.

Would be nice to have some options for dinner in- house if you don't want to step out any evening.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very aware of requirements for covid safety. Christmas decorations were minimalist, but very tasteful. Breakfast suited me very well with fresh fruit juice, herbal teas, fresh coffee choices, muesli and other cereals, wonderful bread rolls, cheeses, hams, yoghurts and many more delicious items in a chilled spread. Sausages and different scrambled eggs were a hot option. My room was thoroughly cleaned, and fresh bedlinen provided halfway through my six night stay. I felt very safe from the implications of the pandemic. They were helpful looking after my cases on the occasions when needed as I had travelled to visit my family who lived just 4 minutes walk away in a very small temporary apartment. I hadn't seen them for two years, so the whole process was made very helpful and convenient by the Astoria Hotel.

The fact that the hotel is on a main road and tram route, it can be noisy, as my room was facing the tram stop on the 3rd floor, but I slept so well that I hardly feel this is a complaint, but I can imagine some people may need to know about this and perhaps request a room on the back of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Good sized single room with a balcony and very pleasant view of trees and greenery. Excellent en-suite bathroom. Nice design inside the hotel. Close to good local shops and also a short walk to the Bundeshaus (Federal House), the brilliant House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany (Haus der Geschichte) and the River Rhine. Amazing price for the room and really excellent value.

This is a comfortable hotel with easy access to the city centre. There is a tram stop in the same street a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. Both trams 61 and 62 take you to and from the main station. Tickets can be bought on the tram. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a Spanish and an Italian restaurant next to each other a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Both were recommended by the hotel receptionist. Given that there is a tram [U-Bahn] which takes you from the main station to Köln (Cologne), this is also a convenient hotel for visiting that city. The location was quiet and on-site free parking was a bonus. Next time I will use this option rather than booking a separate hotel in Köln.

There was no kettle in the room for making tea and coffee. Also, the cleaning staff immobilised the lift in the morning which meant it was necessary to carry luggage downstairs in order to check out.

Clean room..good location..

I got an email asking me to checkin via a fishy looking site. Wanted for me to fill in al sort of information.. I offcourse denied and said I will be checking in at the hotel. Did not hear anything more from them. Did not have to give any information either at checkin at the hotel esi I think the hotel booking.com system has been hacked. The entry to the private parking is verry narrow. Not all cars can enter.
