location, helpful staff, large room, and except for 1 night, not noisy, considering it was just next to the train station.

rubbery, overcooked "scrambled" eggs at breakfast, and the fruit tray featured some grapes that had seen better days, and the fruit bowl 1 day had mostly bruised apples, and 1 apple had a gash on the skin, as if the fruit was obtained from a discarded bin somewhere. The 11am checkout was a little earlier than most hotels, and I didn't realize this when I booked a 1pm train to leave Bayreuth, so that meant waiting in lobby for a while. Not a big problem as there was a storage room for luggage.

Location right near the train station, but with a very good sound proofing. 7-10 minutes by foot to the city centre. Just a tip: I noticed people came to have breakfast and there weren't enough tables for them, they had to wait for other guests to finish eating. I suggest increasing the capacity or making a timetable for guests to choose when they want to have breakfast. I didn't have any problem :).

I have been a guest at the Bayrischer Hof a couple of times now and can absolutely recommend it. Of course the location is great and could not be more central. But also the rooms offer great comfort and are newly renovated state of the art- very tempting to turn on the TV instead doing some exercises - so I go to the gym for a workout and have a sauna afterwards. Seriously, for these very fair prices you cannot ask for more. I will continue coming.

It can get a little loud due to the central situation. Better ask for a room to the courtyard.

accessibility was great, enough space for unloading the car and parking was also available, but not on the premises. Garden was well maintained and invited to stay. breakfast was worth it.

just one elevator which takes very long. the hotel floors are large and you have to walk a lot, which would generally no problem if you travel alone, but having a toddler with you as well as a standard amount of language is challenging. Staff at the check-in was also not very helpful and more focused on the personal mobile phone. The staff int he morning however was the total opposite?

The hotel is right next to the Hauptbahnhof which was great since I travelled by train. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is convenient but the walk to the town centre is only 10 minutes. So very conveniently located. Despite being next to the train station, it was very quiet inside my room, I couldn't hear any trains or outside noises. Everything was incredibly clean. The bed was really comfortable. My room had two doors, and that really kept the noise in the hallway from coming into the room. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise as it was bigger than average hotel-sized bathrooms. The reception was really great and super helpful too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bayreuth!

The room was very comfortable and spacious with a good sized bathroom. There is a kettle to make tea or coffee, and a well stocked mini bar. Complimentary water is provided and a large TV. The hotel has a sauna and wellness centre together with a garden to sit in. The location is excellent, just next to the main station, and a short walk into the town centre.

Smart TV would be a bonus.

Shower doors are not sealing properly, got all floor wet. Bits of the mould due to the bad ventilation.

Rather unexpectedly this unassuming hotel is right next the railway station, close to the city center, has very very clean spacious rooms which are very very quiet (double doors) and a good bed, a good bathroom, excellent breakfast, pleasant service.

The Hotel is located near the main station of Bayreuth and therefore very near to the city center. The hotel is completely refurbished and the rooms have air conditioning. Everything was super clean and the staff deserves a special call out. They were super friendly and professional at the reception and in the restaurant as well. The hotel has its own parking which offers two Tesla Destination chargers as well as one charger for any electric vehicle.

Nothing to complain about!

I had a single room for a a great price, and to my amazement it was facing the station square, and it had a huge bathroom also with a large windows overlooking the square! Comfortable, clean, free bottle of water, lots of of space and storage, perfect easy wifi.
