Kyriad Prestige Vannes Centre-Palais des Arts

Close to Vannes, about 1.5km to centre. Good breakfast ( a bit slow replenishing the eggs), good parking,

No hot water for the shower on the last day. Had a problem with the TV remote on the first day and it took 24hr to get a replacement after two battery replacements that didn’t help eventually I got a replacement.

Hotel is very clean, and the breakfast was very good. Big room with good shower room

The hotel is a good 20 minute walk along a busy road to the centre of Vannes. There is nothing at all in the vicinity of the hotel and the hotel bar and restaurant was closed. The room had no water to drink, no fridge, and no safe, all which I would expect in a hotel room. This meant we couldn't even keep our own drinks cool. We took our bicycles luckily, and cycled to the town, but on foot the location is not good at all. The staff were polite, but not even being able to get a drink after you have had a day out sight seeing was not good at all! The balcony shown on the photos overlooks a busy road, it's noisy and not useable. The bed was very hard!! When the high speed trains pass, its very loud, and they start early in the morning!

Yet another well run Hotel in the Kyriad Chain. Being a Electric car owner the charge point was excellent 👌 very good parking felt the car was safe.

There was nothing to dislike.

Secure parking, good size room with comfortable beds, bathroom was big and clean, towels and bedsheets were clean, wifi was good in the bedroom. It was a bit of a walk to go to the city center but we knew that, it was stated clearly in the booking info.

We stayed 2 nights and there were only 3 teabags in the room (coffee sachets have to be picked up from reception if you want them).

We visited last year and the standards are as high as ever. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Secure parking on site. We look forward to our next visit.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to travel each day to different towns. The room was very good size and clean; breakfast was nice with fresh bakeries and a good choice of options.

Although there are dispensers for clients to sanitize their hands everywhere, most were empty. For breakfast I would have preferred individual food tongue (utensils) as we’ve seen in many hotels during our trips.

Good central location, very friendly and efficient personnel, excellent breakfast, secure parking. Our dog was made very welcome.

Very hard bed. As we were booked for a week, it would have helped to have had a mattress topper.

Good location for parking and walking into the city centre. Room functional and clean and public areas well spaced out and comfortable. Good showering facilities in room

Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming, unlike the other Kyriad in Vannes. Bed gave us both backache in the morning.

This was an excellent stay. I will look for the Kyriad chain in the future

Auto coffee machine was terrible in the lobby.

15 minute walk into Vannes old town....less if you are fit ! Kyriad no longer has a restaurant. Town parking free after 7pm...3 minutes drive plenty of restaurants.....or 3 minutes drive to retail park offering a variety of eateries
