thé location was superb looking at the beach - Elevator is always a plus -

breakfast was nothing attractive- did not eat the old fruit salad - or cold bacon or unpleasant sausages- not too mention the scrambled eggs - ended up just having a cup of coffee with a pinky milk that must have taken the color from the pot maybe containing prior chocolate??? Did not want to have breakfast the next morning but could not cancel because it was a package - my suggestion - skip the breakfast there and go out for a nice fresh croissant outside.

We loved our ocean facing room. Our second room was okay but across the building and down the hall. I was hoping to be closer to our second room (our kids are 8 and 13). We had to get 2 rooms because they didn’t have quads available. For Europe, the rooms were a good size. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony off each room (please note they are lovely, but you can’t fit a chair on them like many balconies in Europe). Coffee was good and location is awesome. On the beach (you have to cross one road and you’re on the boardwalk). Every restaurant and cafe is walking s Distance and the Bac is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable. The older, stylish lady was lovely at every interaction at reception. She was very happy and helpful.

The distance between our 2 rooms. They don’t provide cream in the room for coffee. They don’t have decaf coffee for the rooms. The other reception lady was a bit rude and impatient, particularly to my husband (more so than to me). They gave us a parking spot that didn’t fit our car but the they seemed angry with us despite it not being our error and refused to change it.

Good size room, bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage space. Toilet was separate from bathroom handy with kids. Found the hotel very clean and very well laid out with lifts to rooms. Breakfast was excellent my 8yr old enjoyed the fact it was all you could eat and a varied choice. The staff at this hotel spoke very good English which was very helpful as my French is poor. The hotel pool is a good size and was under cover,enjoyed watching sunsets while swimming.Location is right by a sandy beach and a short walk to the town with shops and restaurants. This hotel caters for everyone and my family and I hope to stay again.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location was incredibly close to the beach. Breakfast was expensive and enjoyable.

Facility was understaffed when we arrived, resulting in delays and errors in service. Rooms were not clean, and the first room we were sent to was very hot. Second room was better. Air conditioning in the rooms would be a bonus!

Cozy lounge in the hall, quiet hotel in calm surroundings, very close to the beach and easy to cross the Touques river to reach Deauville. Swimming pool open all day till rather late

Swimming pool not directly accessible from inside the hotel, too shallow for adults. Nice place with impressive glass structure, though could do with some revamping

- great location, close to the beach and the centre - nice room, comfortable bed, great pillows, cute bathroom - very dogfriendly - very friendly and helpful staff, David and Laurent from the reception were very nice and friendly, and explained me the way to a good photo spot and were very nice with my dog, I felt welcome at all times:) - parking in front of the hotel

The hotel was perfect , our room was next to the pool which was really relaxing and very clean , the staff were extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel especially the hot breakfast

The room was quite large with a very comfortable bed. The room was clean and we loved the little hot drink corner with tea and coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and provided us with good information on places to eat. The pool was a blessing as the weather was rough when we arrived.

Stayed in a harboor view room with a terrace.

Answer the reception phone!! Tried 3x days before and.. forgot shoes after check out and still can’t get through !!

The hotel is in great location. Everything was basically fine.

My only problem was the fact that is was too hot. No AC at the property (which they never claimed they had, so it was Okay), but somehow our room was much hotter than outside, so it was not super comfortable...
