Quality Hotel Toulouse Centre

The location is excellent. The street is very quiet and I have received a room facing the back which was even quieter. The airconditioning worked very well. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Multiple restaurants meters away from the hotel (had dinner in the Mexican one which was good). All in all a great experience and highly recommended. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel.

The room is small so hardly any space to move around the bed. The receptionist showed me the location of the closest airport shuttle stop (Jean Jauress). However, this shuttle doesn't stop there (probably for months) due to construction works. I would be helpful if the staff were aware of this (There is another stop not far away - Jean D'Arc).

We were in Toulouse for a concert at the Capitole theatre. The hotel was less than 10' walk away, quiet and comfortable. The deal with the local large public car park was excellent - reducing a charge of what would have been almost 30 Euros to 18. We can't comment on breakfast. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very well equipped (fridge with complementary water and coke, coffee machine with complimentary capsules, kettle with tea and instant decaf. coffee etc) and the free wifi was very good. Comfortable bed, decent shower. We will happily return.

Drinks free of charge in the fridge, re-stocked each day. Staff were friendly, location; not far from the centre. Room itself was fairly comfortable and good sized bathroom.

The noise from outside, there is a bar/club next door, even though you don't hear music, there are people outside all night until 4/5am each of the nights. Although most of the room was clean, the fridge had a thick layer of dust and curtains covered in holes.

The staff was very friendly, and the daily breakfast was great with a wide selection including scrambled eggs. The location is between the train station and the city center, so the hotel is ideally located for exploring Toulouse and making daytrips.

There is a bar next to the hotel, and the patrons gather below the windows of the hotel on weekend nights and party until 2-3 in the morning.

The staff are very kind and polite. I was able to borrow a washing machine, so I didn't have any trouble staying for a week. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket open until 22:00 within 5 min walk.

The window of the room faced back side of a restaurant next door, so the smell of the grill came into the room from time to time.

This was the 2nd night in a row that my daughter and I booked a room in the fly. 10 minutes before check-in and only basis a few Google Maps and Booking.com reviews. 2nd time in a row - lucky. Nice, small place at the center of town. Within 3 minutes walk to Place du Capitole. The room is not large but is not small either. We could put two large suitcases and open them. The washroom was clean and with a large basin and a great shower. Most importantly the service was excellent. By Aurianne at check-in and Anais at check-out. Also right next to many restaurants. We had a great meal at Assoiffes within 5 minutes walk. We stayed for one night in November 2022 and enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel was very quiet both from internal and external noise. It had an understandable thermostat so we were able to adjust the room temperature to our liking during a very warm few days. The room was a reasonable size (king bed) but not a huge amount of storage if you felt like unpacking, which we didn't! The bed was very comfortable and no sticky, plastic mattress cover. Good selection at breakfast and should something have run out you just had to ask. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early and they not only looked after our luggage but had put it in our room when we returned. Location was good, close to the station and Jean Jaures metro/airport shuttle stop. Lots of cafes around and reasonable walk to the attractions. I would stay here again.

No complaints or suggestions.

Excellent location near the main square and close to the metro or train station. At the same time, it was very quiet at night. I particularly enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff in the period of strikes, offering even a possible refund for a cancelled train that made it uncertain to leave the next day. Highly appreciated! The breakfast was lovely with good choices to start the day.

The bathroom was a bit too tiny (smaller than the toilet room).

I stayed twice here and both times was excellent. Very friendly, and they really have rules to suit the customer, not to suit the hotel! Early breakfast if necessary, free drinks, Excellent location, close to town but quiet and plenty of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Very friendly helpful staff. Very relaxed and comfortable all around.

For the price, nothing to dislike.

Excellent choice for a few nights, very clean and comfortable. The room exceeded my expectations, location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back - very convenient if u travel by train - I left my luggage after check out and when it was time - it was only a short walk to the station.

The window in the room I had did not open, not a problem with air conditioning, but I like to be able to open à window, so will ask for that next time as I noticed most windows did open.
