Hôtel Bonaparte

I loved everything from the moment I stepped in! Antonella got in touch before I arrived and kindly checked me in earlier as the room was free. She is such a kind host, speaks perfect french and English and explained where I could go in the city, and left me a map The apartment is AMAZING, on via Roma, next to the metro and historic center. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean bedroom with all facilities needed (+ Nespresso machine, breakfast ), large bathroom with a bath, towels, hair dryer etc. This is the place to stay if you're visiting the city for sure. I will be back!

Loved the location near station, port, restaurants and right on the edge of the old town. Felt very safe as a solo female..Very friendly staff . Very welcoming to my dog. Room well appointed , although dated, this is reflected in the price though and is excellent value.

Mug in room was very cracked and needs replacing.

the staff at the front desk were always very friendly and they spoke good English. It was also close to the port and the train station which made it easy to walk to them

there was no elevator which wasn’t a major issue for us but walking up and down the stairs every time could be tiring for others

Excellent. We enjoyed discovering this gem. This hotel has old town charm with all the modern comforts and friendly staff. The hotel staff are flexible, willing to accommodate and offer solutions in any circumstance. Having charming multi-lingual polyglots on staff is an asset, certain to make any guest feel welcome. Perfectly located for discovering central Toulon on foot.

We got a very friendly welcome, the young guy at reception spoke very good english and gave us an upgrade to a spacious room and a late check out time. Very clean, the location is great for exploring the old town and the port area. Car parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Everything was as expected - we had stayed before and were not disappointed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent Location great for visiting Toulon Would definitely stay again

Nothing - although there are a lot of stairs if you on the top floors so may not suit everyone - we did as it worked off our breakfast, lunch and dinner as food is so good!!

great location, helpful staff, good bathroom , AC, kettle in room .. all for a great price and super central for the train station and city/port

no English channels on tv, plus I was on 4th floor ,no lift but that is clearly stated beforehand - take note if you have lots of bags or bags you can’t lift…

Fantastic location, friendly staff, air conditioning, clean bathroom, and a comfy bed. They also held my bags before check in and after check out.

The lack of an elevator wasn't great but young travelers are well able to manage. The room was a little bit small, but I can't complain as it was better than I expected.

Location, friendly staff, warmth room and very big blanket. Important for tall person.

As always, if you choose old nice building, be ready to climb stairs. I was ready for :)

An enjoyable experience from the moment of checking in - friendly welcome and room was great size with everything I could need. Fantastic breakfast available. Perfect location for taking in sights of Toulon.
