The staff were amazing at Hotel L’Arbina, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff couldn’t do more for you. We are were on a half board basis and so ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of choices. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good with two options for starter and main with dessert from the A La Carte. Again excellent from both choices, quality and service. The rooms, although very small, were very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel location couldn’t be better, literally across the road from the two main lifts out of Tignes Le Lac.
If I could be critical about one thing, the rooms were very small considering the price paid. Especially with two adults and all the luggage.But as mentioned, they were very clean, well maintained and comfortable for the length of stay.

service in the brasserie could be quicker on the busiest evenings but food was excellent - I recommend taking up the offer of eating in their sister hotels for a modest supplement one or two evenings in the week - all taken care of for us by the excellent host

Thomas was super helpful on reception. Other staff were also good. Food in the restaurant was excellent too and great value for money. The view from our balcony was also wonderful...superb location.
No elevator to 2nd floor. Coat hangers tend to fall off the rail.

The hotel was right next to the ski lifts, bars and restaurants. The Arbina was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were all very helpful, friendly and customer service was excellent.
