The position
Very tired, couldn’t pay by credit card so had to go to cash point. The only member of staff we met was miserable. It feels like a failing business.

2 random "room check" while we were in the room. One of them was late at night (around 21:30), "plumbing check" but the bathroom was occupied by my partner so they didn't enter and told they will come later but didn't specify if later in the evening or next day
