Cédric was the perfect host. He cooked an evening meal which was excellent value for money and was a wonderful meal. Breakfast was also exceptional. The location is lovely, very quiet and peaceful. The gardens are lovely with plenty of seating to chase the sun around the garden!

The property could do with a little spruce up in places and possibly would benefit from a good spring clean before next years season. That said, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and presentable, as was the dining room.

I had the ground floor room in the house by the gate at the front of the property. Plenty of space with great facilities. Cedric was very friendly and hospitable and he spoke good English!

Some hand soap for the bathroom would be nice. Fresh functional salt and pepper shakers would be good to accompany the (optional) evening meal. The pillows weren’t lovely but the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the bread/toast at breakfast wasn’t good.

The description and photographs of our double room were accurate but we were still not prepared for the lack of room either side of the bed under the sloping ceiling This resulted in several bumped heads We would return to L'havre de St Germain but we would book a larger room

Breakfast was superb, fresh juices, yoghurt, fruit salad. cereals, jams and honey. Great coffee and a selection of toast and breads. We had dinner the previous evening and our host cooked us the most delicious 4 course dinner served in the garden. A wonderful rose and my partner enjoyed a local cidre sec. Our little Westie dog was made very welcome and I thoroughly recommend this Chambres d'hotes. I will use it again on my next trip to France as it is so convenient for the RN154

Beautifully converted accommodation, though you are sleeping in the roof space, so have to watch your head! In the heart if the country, so very quiet. Good wifi, with dinner and breakfast provided. Secure, private parking. The owner was very friendly, and catered for all of our needs.

The stairs are quite difficult, especially for those of limited mobility or if carrying cases. I had not realised that we would be the private guests of the owner when I telephoned about dinner, so did not give my dietary needs; however, he very obligingly cooked an omlette for me.

The hotel was very isolated but good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good with a selection of different breads, fresh fruit salad, cereals, local fruit juices, jam and honey. Evening dinner was excellent value and the proprietor, who was very accommodating, cooked everything using local products.

Cedric was helpful and friendly and cooked is an excellent evening meal and fab breakfast. Very dog friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the village and the Riverside walk was special.

For us it was fine but there are no bars etc in the village which might not suit everyone.

Great stopover on our journey back from south. Just off main road to Rouen but quiet country location. Family suite was perfect - nicely decorated, comfortable, clean with modern bathroom. We booked dinner onsite & it was was delicious - home cooked and great value . Breakfast was excellent. Dog was welcomed & there was nice walk from b&b along river. Host very welcoming.

The owner was very very nice. I could not email him to say I was bringing my two dogs so when I arrived he quickly made up the ground floor room for me. He had to go out so could not cook but went down the road and checked the pizza van was there. Lovely lady and although I have pizza it was amazing !

A tad expensive I think but great place

We booked at very short notice (same day) and made the right choice! Cedric was very friendly and helpful. He offered a home cooked meal which was excellent and great value. The apartment was great ... clean, today and very comfortable mattress.
