Le Victoria Boutique Hôtel

Le Victoria Boutique Hotel is hundreds of years old (parts of it) and is located in the center of an old village. A very nice market is put up on Tuesdays and offers delightful foods and various clothing and housing items. The hotel has a lot of areas for small groups to gather or to sit and read or write. A nice pool, hot tub and roof-top patio/deck are very nice. Breakfast is very good and a good value.

the hotel has been recently remodeled and it is very nice. the beds are comfortable. We had two rooms, one in the tower and one in the motel annex. the tower room was very big and had a lovely outdoor terrace. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise!

we did not have enough towels (only two bath towels, no face/hand towels) and no towel for our child, even though we had said there was an extra person. We arrived past reception hours and could not get them, but received them as soon as we asked for them the next morning. the rail in the closet in one room fell down so we could not hang our clothes. breakfast at an additional 14 EUR per person was convenient but expensive (but it is buffet, so if you are a big eater, you can get your money's worth).

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Manon in particular was excellent and gave us great recommendations for the area. They were very helpful in booking us taxis when we needed them. The interior decor and outdoor areas (especially the upper terrace with the view and the pool) were lovely.

TV wasn’t tuned

We loved the design and the ambiance of the hotel (especially in the lobbies), the building itself with olive trees in front of it, the view on the old square with a fountain. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Our room (triple) was spacious and comfortable.

Bedding: 40% polyester sheets and flat pillows were really uncomfortable. I personally think it is unacceptable to gave such bad sheets in a hotel of such high level. Because sleeping in a hotel is one of the most important things, and it must be comfortable.

Gorgeous room with a view on the village square. We were only there for one night after our car broke down on our way to Spain and after for six hours of waiting in the hot sun we had to find an overnight hotel. When we arrived with all of our baggage the staff were very welcoming and understanding. We couldn’t believe our luck when we saw the beautiful room and surroundings. The perfect place to de-stress

I love the global design, it is cozy, modern, welcoming and the facilities are great. Location is perfect, free parking is available around. Saint Paul is a lovely little town

It’s almost nothing but we arrived around 9pm and when we entered the room the pillows were on the armchair and without covers, the housekeeping team had forgotten this final touch I guess. We called reception and it was fixed asap so No big deal

Breakfast was really good and fresh.

There was confusion over whether we had paid for the hotel via booking.com (we had but the receptionist insisted we hadn’t and I had to check via online banking).

I loved the location and the beautiful and well kept building, clean comfy rooms and friendly staff. the pool and terrace area are lovely

There was a blockage in my bathroom which overflowed, the staff cleaned promptly as I told them

Very nice unique hotel with a good small pool. Location in the middle of a real authentic French village. Friendly staff and the Deluxe room was very spacious

The comfort of the beds could have been better. But we slept well.

We loved our stay in Saint Paul Trois Chateaux. Le Victoria was a beautiful hotel and we were really happy with our room and the service we received. Breakfast was also good, and rooms were big enough to work from with speedy wi-fi connection. There was also the option to work in the bar / restaurant / lounge area if needed.
