Breakfast was good, could have a little more variety. The location was great. A suggestion - Enable guests to drink your wine on the site. An honour system where peple list whether they have taken the bottle or just a glass. Payment can be made at the end of the stay. eliminates having to go into town to buy a bottle for sitting outside on the terrace

The door on our room would only stay closed if it was locked. Also annoying beeping sound in the lounge room. Smoke detector batteries may need changing.

Great experience in the beautiful property in the middle of the best wine region! We love to stay in small châteaux like this one, recently renovated but still with a lot of old charme. Amazing and spacious room, breathtaking views to the vines! Clémence was very welcoming and helpful. Too bad we didn’t have time to try the wines from this vineyard, as we had a busy agenda with other wine producers. Would be lovely to come back and stay in a villa with the pool.

Would be great to have the pool for all the guests, there are only 3 rooms anyway besides the villa.

Checkin was very confusing. We had to call long distance. Instructions could have been provided in advance via text or email. We were not provided with a wine tasting and intact the boutique seemed to be closed every time we tried. Didn’t get to taste the wine of the vineyard we stayed at.

Charming little house with lovely pool in the backyard. Breakfast was delivered every morning. Very private surrounded by vineyards. Full kitchen if you choose to eat in and Close by to Saint Emilion with many restaurant choices.

Air conditioning would have be nice as France was still warm in September. They did bring us two circulating fans for the bedrooms. Outside shower may also be a nice addition.

The facilities are fantastic and the scenery among the vineyards was super! The room is large and spacious and offers all one needs for a stay (and more!)

The hostess was not physically there on arrival, but had everything arranged. To be fair, it was a Sunday evening. Because it's a small town, we could not find any transport to the village for dinner and ended up walking along the main road...

Breakfast was excellent and served on the patio looking out over the vineyard. Very picturesque. Our room had the same view. We were also given a tour of the winery and a tasting of some very excellent wine. The property location is outside Saint Emilion, but it's a very short drive to the parking lot at the edge of the village with a pleasant walk into the village center.

Provide kitchen utensils and pots and pans so beautiful kitchen can be utilized. Wonderful food in town but nice to have option Repellent spray for mosquitoes- lovely to have windows open but eaten up overnight

Both Booking.com and the property gave the impression that there was a restaurant on site - there wasn't. After a 500km drive, that last thing I want to do is to have to go out somewhere away from the hotel for dinner. Although the restaurant was very acceptable, I want to make sure people understand that there is no restaurant on site.

Nice room with great view to the wine fields. Access to very nice kitchen where the breakfast was served Nice hostess (Lola) who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible Visit of the winery (Located 10 minutes drive from the house) was included in the price. The restaurant next to the winery serves very great food The family room has two separate rooms connected by a small private corridor.

No access to the swimming pool - We mainly picked this place as it showed pictures of a swimming pool (see other comments linked to this) During the stay we had two unhappy kids who was only allowed to look at the pool which were never used. The restaurant was located at the winery - hence not close Slightly to far from St. Emilion to walk back after dinner.

Clemence was so helpful and booked our wine tasting tours for us which were both fantastic! This was very helpful as we only have a little french. The free tour and tasting of the Clos de Jacobins was great!

It was 35 degrees and there was no fan. It was so hot, especially with our new baby. No ironing board in the house was a little annoying. The property was advertised as having a pool, this is not true, it's only available if you book the pavilion house. This should be made very clear. A pool for the chateau would have been absolutely perfect!!
